A Red Planet is shown floating through space, it momentarily eclipses the Sun. Then sunlight breaks across the edge, illuminating the surface.
"That's...not Remnant." Ruby spoke up, eyes wide with awe.
"Indeed, it is not Miss Rose." Ozpin spoke calmly, leaning forward with his eyes widened a bit.
"It's quite Beautiful isn't it?" Pietro smiled, adjusting his glasses.
"Very" Najenda agreed, staring at the red planet with wonder.
"Fascinating! a completely different planet!" Oobleck exclaimed, writing down on a notebook he found in the lobby.
The scene shows off the channels of Acidalia Planitia.
"All right, team. Stay in sight of each other. Let's make NASA proud..." A familiar female voice speaks over the comms.
The camera moves past several rock formations to find the ARES 3 landing site, the mission date is SOL 18.
"Wait...that sounds like Pyrrha!" Nora shouted, pointing at the screen in excitement.
"Nora, calm down." Ren whispered calmly to his partner.
"What's NASA?". Ruby asked with a raised hand, she looked behind her at the adults.
"An organization focused on space travel perhaps? It must be an acronym." Ironwood scratched his chin in thought.
"Sounds Atlesian" Qrow scoffed, drinking from his flask.
Winter turned her head slightly, giving Qrow a glare.
In her seat Esdeath gave the red planet a bored look "That planet looks quite dull"
"It looks...barren." Pyrrha frowned, the planet seemed lifeless.
"How's it looking over there, Wukong?" Lubbock Martinez spoke up over the comms.
The rover parked at the Mars Ascent Vehicle as Sun Wukong replied over the comms.
"Well you'll be happy to hear that In grid section fourteen twenty-eight, the particles appear predominantly "coarse," Astronaut Sun Wukong began in the middle of an EVA experiment. chipping at a section of rocks and recording his observations.
"But as we move to twenty-nine, the particles are much finer, and should be ideal for chem analysis." Sun finished, placing the sample in a container.
"Sun is here too?" Blake sat up, looking closely at her on screen friend.
"Seems like it" Yang shrugged, sipping from her own cup.
"Neat outfits" Lubbock raised a brow at the suits Sun and himself were wearing.
"Spacesuits required to travel the planet..." Oobleck muttered, writing down his findings, causing Lubbock to scoot away slightly.
"Collecting dirt? Sounds boring as hell." Mercury scoffed.
"Maybe the dirt will help bring Justice upon his enemies?" Seryu muttered excitedly.
"I doubt it" Cinder shook her head "It's probably just research.."
"Oh wow did everybody hear that?" Lubbock Martinez spoke up as he climbed out of the rover, inspecting the MAV on the launch pad "Sun just discovered dirt. Should we alert the media?" He laughed slightly.
From his position Sun lowered his hammer scoffing a bit "Sorry, what are you doing today, Martinez? Making sure the MAV is still upright?" He grinned slightly.
