"Stephanie! C'mon wake up!" My little sister, Heather, yelled in my ear while shaking me roughly.

"Alright, alright! I'm up! What do you want?!" I said to her.

"Well, it's already ten o'clock and I haven't had breakfeast yet. I'm starving!" Heather said while sitting at the end of my bed.

"Where's mom?"

"I don't know. She left about two hours ago without saying where shes headed."

Typical. You see, my mom really isn't one to care about others but herself. She leaves home at around eight in the morning and won't come home until whenever the hell she wants, as she puts it.

So, while she's out getting drunk and doing any possible drug there is, I'm at home raising my own sister. I cook, clean, and do everything in between. Luckily, our grandpa gave us his house to live in, so we don't have many bills to pay.

And just so you know, my mom had me when she was sixteen, same age I am now, and my dad left us. It's pretty common for a teenage girl to be left by the baby's father. I didn't really mind not having a father figure around, but at times, I wish I did. As for my sister's dad, he died last year. His death hit my mom hard and I assume that's why she's getting drunk each night. But, that's not an excuse to leave your sixteen year old daughter rasing her ten year old sister.

Today, I decided to take my sister to see her favorite band, One Direction. I saved up enough money between my two jobs and I was able to buy two tickets; one for me and one for her.

I don't really like the band if you're wondering. I think they're alright. I just don't have the time to be obsessing over a boy band...

My sister and I arrived at the arena about four hours early. Heather was hoping to meet the boys if she could, so that's why we went a couple hours earlier.

The taxi driver dropped us off at the front of the arena where a couple of other fans were stood.

"Wow, I can't believe I'll be seeing the boys in a few hours! Thanks so much Stephanie for doing this for me! You're the best sister ever!" Heather said while hugging me.

"Haha, you say that now, but tomorrow you'll be mad once you find out I ate your coco puffs." I smirked at her.

God I do love Coco Puffs. Coco for Coco Puffs. (;

"No, I mean it Steph. I mean, I saw how hard you worked to get me these tickets. I really, really appreciate it."

Damn it, no I will not cry.

"Oh yeah it's no problem." I said a bit quickly trying hard not to get emotional for whatever reason.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the boys at all during the hours we were outside the arena, but we did see someone close to them...

"OH MY GOSHH! LOOK ITS ELEANOR! STEPHANIE OH MY GOD WE MUST SAY HI!" Heather half whispered and yelled.

I didn't have time to say anything before Heather grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the brunette haired girl.

"Hi Eleanor!' Heather said.

"Well hello there! Nice to meet you! Whats your name hun?" Eleanor said while smiling.
