"Oh my god, we did it!" Ananya exclaimed, jumping on Siddharth and hugging him tightly. Their bodies collided with full force, and Siddharth instinctively caught her, stumbling a few steps back from the impact.
They were still in the conference room where they had just secured the deal moments ago. Ananya was ecstatic, practically glowing with excitement. She had poured countless hours into making this project a success, and the victory felt surreal.
"We had to," Siddharth mumbled, his voice tinged with both relief and surprise. While he, too, was relieved the deal had gone through, her sudden hug had completely caught him off guard.
Her warmth lingered on him, and the faint scent of her luxurious perfume seemed to wrap around him, adding to the moment's intensity. Feeling overwhelmed, Siddharth gently moved his hands away, creating some space between them.
By then, Ananya seemed to realize what she had done. She immediately stepped back, awkwardly scratching her neck. Her cheeks flushed faintly, betraying her embarrassment.
The air between them shifted, the initial excitement giving way to an awkward silence. Both avoided looking directly at each other, unsure of what to say. After all, they were supposed to be rivals-nemeses-and this kind of behavior wasn't something they expected from themselves.
"We should celebrate. Let's hit the club," Siddharth said, clearing his throat in an attempt to ease the tension that lingered between them. That instantly caught Ananya's attention.
Her eyes sparkled with excitement-she was a party animal, always in search of something thrilling and adventurous.
Siddharth noticed her reaction and grinned. Reaching into his wallet, he pulled out something and casually flipped it in front of her face. Ananya squinted, confused at first, but the moment her eyes landed on it, they widened.
It was a platinum black pass card for the cruise's exclusive club-a card notoriously difficult to get.
"How did you get this?" she asked, her tone laced with disbelief as her gaze remained locked on the shiny card. Without waiting for his answer, she grabbed it from his hand to inspect it closely, flipping it over to check its validity."Girl, did you forget I'm a Thakur?" Siddharth boomed, his voice brimming with pride. The card wasn't hard for him to get-Moretti himself had gifted it to him as a token of appreciation.
Ananya barely acknowledged his bragging, too preoccupied with thoughts of what she should wear. Siddharth smirked, satisfied with her reaction, while Ananya's mind was already racing, planning her outfit for the night.
He snatched it back from her hand, while Ananya grumbled absence of it."Meet me at my room at 9 pm sharp and if you are one second late, I will go alone."

The music blasted at full volume, and the crowd moved to the beats without a care in the world. The air was heavy with the scent of alcohol, smoke, and faint traces of drugs, making the atmosphere feel intoxicating and wild.
Couples were tangled in dark corners, lost in their desires, while others chugged drinks or got high, seeking an escape from reality to another dimension.
On the dance floor, Ananya and Siddharth swayed to the pulsating, fast-paced music. Red, blue, and green lights flickered over their bodies as they moved.
Ananya's hips followed every beat effortlessly, her movements so fluid and captivating that anyone watching might mistake her for a professional.
Clad in a cherry-red dress that stopped mid-thigh, off-shoulder with thin, crisscrossing straps at the back, she radiated sensuality.
