°Cosmos POV°

Sprout fell asleep pretty fast... I rested my head on Sprouts with a sign. were we.... Dating now...? I think...

In the morning Sprout woke me up, excited. There was a run happening, he hadn't gone on one in months, I couldn't say no... Not to him.

Sprout threw my clothes at me and ran to the bathroom to get himself ready.

Once i was ready he scooped me up and rushed to the elevator. We made it just in time. Me, him, Tisha, Goob, Shrimpo, Glisten, Boxten and Vee.

I was still traumatized from the last run I was in... But Sprout comforted me.

He followed me everywhere.

-Floor 15-

I had taken a heart last floor and Sprout didn't have the tapes to heal me.

But when the elevator opened...

Twisted Pebble was there... I started freaking out when I heard Pebble growl.

Sprout noticed and took me to a corner where Pebble couldn't see me.

He gave me a kiss on the forehead before going off to do machines... My face turned red, it's not like he's never done it before...

It still made my heart flutter though...

After a while I heard a yell, along with a bite sound.

🍓: "FUCK!" Sprout yelled in pain.

I come out from my heeling spot and run to where I heard it.

I see Sprout hiding, trying to recover from the bite.

🍓: "what are you doing here!? You were supposed to be hiding!"

🍫: "I... Heard you yell... I didn't want to leave you... Your at one heart..." I said handing him a heart.

🍓: "and if I take that you'll be at one too." He said pushing it away.

🍫: "please.... I don't want you to die." I say, urging him to take it.

🍓: "nope." He turned away.

I sigh in annoyance grabbing his hand and pulling him to the safe spot.

I sit him down and sat next to him.

GROWL

I buried my face into Sprout when I heard Pebble. He wrapped his arms around me to calm me down.

The door opened, Sprout and I walked in. I huddled in a corner worried of what was next.

The door opened.

Crunch.

🍓: "shit..." Grumbled Sprout.

🍫: "what main is that...?" I said scared.

Everyone looked at me with worry.

🧼 : "it's twisted Sprout..." Signed Tisha.

I clung into Sprout tightly.

🍤: "I HATE TWISTED SPROUT!" Shrimpo yelled who was somehow still alive.

I looked up at Sprout who was clearly annoyed. But I take this as my chance.

I force Sprout to take one of my hearts. He jumped back in an attempt to dodge it, but I already gave it to him, leaving me at one.

🍓: "damn it Cosmo! I don't have enough to heal you."

🍫: "sorry...." I say with a giggle.

Sprout gave an annoyed sigh grabbing my hand and walking off to find a machine.

Cosmo....

I turn to see a huge ichor covered Sprout, reaching for me.

I step back in a panic. That is NOT Sprout!

I cling to (real) Sprout.

🍤: "I HATE SPROUT!"

Shrimpo yelled.

The twisted Sprout turned around and ran at Shrimpo.

🍤: "AHHHHHHH!!!"

Shrimpo ran off as the twisted chased after him.

🍫: "uh........ Did he just save us...?" I turn to Sprout, confused.

🍓: "I guess...? I don't think he meant to." He replied.

-Main floor-

•Sprouts POV•

Finally done.... I regret going on that run.

Cosmo kept looking at me, specifically my lips-

🍓: "Cosmo? Are you okay?" I ask.

🍫: "oh...! Yeah... Mhm..." He tried to look at me in the eyes, but failed. Went right back to looking at my lips.

🍓: "come on..." I take his hand and walk to my room.

🍫: "e-eh?? What are we doing???" He asked confused.

🍓: "I know what your thinking."

🍫: "no you don't! And if you do... Then what am I thinking?" He said flustered.

🍓: "do I need to say it?" I stop, looking at him and pointing at my lips.

🍫: "o-oh..." He nodded, both embarrassed and excited.

I chuckled, continuing to walk to my room.

After we make it to the room I lock the door.

(I'm not writing them making out again.... But they do- and maybe more, iykyk🤭)

-3rd person-

Nock Nock Nock.

Sprout groans, getting up off Cosmo, throwing on a robe and opening the door.

🍓: "what...." Sprout said leaning on the doorway, out of breath.

🧼: "I- ah- I'm here to talk about you and Cosmo....?" Tisha says.

🍫: "S-Sprout.... Come b-back....!" Cosmo says, breathing heavily.

🧼: "did you....."

🍓: "what do you think." Sprout gave an annoyed glare.

🧼: "did I.... Interrupt....?" Tisha says, shocked.

🍓: "yes." Sprout grumbled.

🧼: "so sorry!" Tisha says closing and locking the door, walking off.

🍓: "finally..." Sprout lays back on the bed.

🍓: "done?" He asked Cosmo who was obviously done.

🍫: "y-yeah..." Cosmo stutters.

🍓: "come on." Sprout says lifting Cosmo and getting in the shower.
