Your POV
I sat up on Tese's bed with a cigar in my fingers. The cold alcohol being pressed against my face made me hiss in pain.
"I'm sorry Ma, I'm trying to be gentle." Tese says softly.
I nod.
"I don't know what got into me.." I whisper.
Confessionals
Your POV
See, I'm usually not a responsive person. I try to let things roll off my shoulders but.. the situation felt different. Am I acting too much on a whim now?
The light tapping of Tese's nails on the plate got my immediate attention. She was rolling up her cigar as well, smiling at me.
"I never seen you so hellbent." She laughs.
"I know. I usually don't get that pissed." I reply coldly.
On instinct, I take a hit off my cigar, watching the smoke trail out of my mouth. Taking another deep breath, I try to slow my thought process down. Things here for me haven't been difficult but it's just that there's been so much that's happened that I'm not able to keep up.
Am I choosing to fall behind?
No, surely that cannot be it.
"So what are we Tesehki?" I ask.
She froze.
"Well I mean, we gotta get to know each other ma. That's all." She replies, lighting her cigar.
"But we made out like we were married." I laugh nervously.
"It's just making out, it's not that deep at the moment." She replies, mid cough.
I nod subconsciously, tapping at the side of my thigh.
Am I reading into all of this wrong?
Am I being used?
Misinterpreting what she's putting down?
I am really drunk.
Is she drunk?
Did I offend her?
Was I asking too many questions?
What is even going on?
I don't know anymore...
It was all making my head hurt.
After we smoked together, I proceeded to go back to my room, trying to clear my head. I was asking myself all of the right questions, but it seems like all I got was silence.
The next morning.....
Kali POV
I woke up in the second house. It was good to finally be on the cast of Baddies, however...
"Ugh why did I wake up with Cassie (Y/N) on my mind?" I huff.
I can't say I've gotten over her, but I'm not obsessive either. I go into my luggage and drag out some clothes. Slipping on a bikini, I figured I'd do some sunbathing or maybe going to the pool that's connected to the house. Or, I could mingle for some information. See what I'm really dealing with either. No, let me wait.
There are so many nice people here but right now, I am just trying to feel everybody out to be honest with you. Some things are still uncertain between me and Cass. Now I just gotta figure out a way so that me and her can have a conversation in private. But I need to make sure I don't come off aggressive; since that's always been an issue I had been trying to work on while I was dating her. Maybe it will give us some clarity...
Or...
Start some shit up.
Which I don't mind either one.
I stand on business.
With that I decided to head to the pool to relax. I had something brewing.. just have to wait to put it in fruition.
Mariah POV
The shoreline was salty with a calm breeze, the water lapping over my feet. I sat on the sand, looking out onto the horizon. Last night's events kept replaying in my head like a record.
I really feel like I'm mind fucked..
"You okay?" A voice calls
Natalie comes sauntering over with a girl named Meatball and Scotty.
Scotty: You okay friend?
Mariah: Truthfully, no.
Confessional
I'm just bewildered to be honest with you. I ride with all of my bitches, I stand my ground and protect my friends. But what happens if both of my friends that are so dearest to me, are fighting? That I'm lumped in the middle? This isn't a fucking game of ring toss Mariah!
Mariah: I'm just feeling so torn between the situation of Bianca and Cassie (Y/N). They are both my friends, I don't want to be in the middle of it.
Then meatball speaks up.
Meatball: Unfortunately Mariah, that's something you gotta face. Your involved.
Natalie: I do agree, you knew that Bianca is a ride or die for you, just as much as Cassie (Y/N) is. They are both firecrackers. Just waiting to pop off.
Scotty nods.
Natalie: But the more important question is...
Everyone all looked up towards Nat.
Natalie: What's really going on between Tese and Cassie (Y/N)....
And what's going on between this giant love triangle?
