I begin to sweat a little as I stare at Kira who is lying on the ground. He's unconscious, the ball bouncing away from him and his bloody nose seem to suggest that someone kicked the ball to his face which caused him to be knocked out.

'Just what the hell is happening...!?'

"Ah... My bad..." Isagi spoke up, breaking the silence within the room.

He's sweating. Seems like he actually didn't mean to hit Kira.

"I didn't mean to kick the ball that hard..." Isagi averted his gaze while scratching his cheek sheepishly.

'So you did mean to aim at Kira.' I deadpan. 'Why the hell does he look so damn shy anyway?' I turn speechless when Isagi blushed like he just got confessed to.

Everything's wrong. Everything's not going the way it's suppose to. Or is it? Am I just being paranoid?

'No, in the first place... He's the only one who acts differently!' You glanced at Isagi.

Some people may say that only the players can change the flow of a game. That is true in some cases, however, this game have parts that even the players cannot change no matter how hard they try. So then...how can a mere character controlled by the game be able to change?

"Woah~ You knocked him out?" A playful voice echoed through the room.

"That's impressive♪"

Bachira Meguru, the one who was supposed to help Isagi to kick out Kira, was now a side watcher.

"The hell? When did he wake up?" One person commented.

No one noticed when the bobcut woke up.

After a few seconds, the room begin to be filled with small murmers.

"We'll be fine as long as he doesn't wake up, right?"

"HEY, LET'S HIT THIS GUY ON THE HEAD TO MAKE SURE HE DOESN'T WAKE UP!"

"The way you're saying it is as if you want to kill him or something..."

Whether concerning or relieving, Kira didn't wake up even after the timer went off.

A sigh caught everyone's attention. It was Ego.

"I did say the rule is only not using your hands...but do you have to make my job unnecessarily harder..."

He certainly sounds like a man working hard labor while being paid minimum wages.

"One of you, take him to the infirmary." Ego ordered.

No one moved for a while until Bachira spoke up.

"I volunteer!" Bachira raised his hand up.

He dragged Kira's unconscious body before dragging Isagi with him too.

"Huh-?" Isagi was surprised at the unexpected situation.

"Let's go, buddy♪ You gotta take responsibility for knocking this guy out!" Bachira laughed.

When the two left, the room was awkwardly silent once more.

"Ha..." You sighed.

What a mess...

'Whatever. At least...' I look at the screen that popped up in front of me.
