Jimmy locked his car and began running towards the school building, he couldn't believe how his meeting had made him half an hour late for pick up, he's definitely bring Gem her favourite chocolates next time for making her wait this long.

Eventually he followed the familiar path up towards the entrance doors, the colourful room was empty as expected with no one sat at or behind the front desk. "um... Gem? Cleo? are you here?" He decided to wait a moment before trying the other reception area, looking at the artwork on the walls which the kids had made. he saw the one his Revvy had drawn and it brought a smile to his face, it was of when they had brought her to the beach to teacher her to swim.

The sound of a door opening grabbed his attention, followed by a very excited "PAPA!!!!!" he smiled and kneel down to properly to catch the small body that came speeding towards him almost knocking him over in the process before he regained his balance.

"Gem I am so sorry my meeting ran way over but i-" a small unrecognisable chuckle brought his attention back to the door where a new face stood smiling at the father and daughter duo, and Jimmy could feel his breath slipping away from him because oh void, they were drop dead gorgeous.

And in that moment Jimmy with his few working braincells could only manage to say "your not gem?" which came out more like a question. Another giggle this time from his Revvy broke his trance "silly papa that not Miss Gem, she had to go at lunch time. This is Mr Scott!" she tugged at his arm to lead him towards Mr Scott.

He offers his hand to the the beautiful man "Jimmy Rev papa nice you meet you" he takes his hand and Jimmy couldn't help but notice his soft and cold his hands were.

"nice to meet you, so this is the famous 'papa' you've been telling me all about Rev" Jimmy felt as if his stomach started doing star jumps knowing that his daughter had been talking to her beautiful teacher about him. "all good things I hope" he say now incredibly nervous at what Rev has told him.

"yeah just how your so funny, and kind and a really good swimmer. She has told me you was the one that taught her how to swim" Jimmy could feel his face getting warmer at every word Scott described him as, it must have shown when Scott started laughing saying how he was only teasing him.

Jimmy couldn't help but laugh as well, Scott's laugh was really contagious. "again I'm so sorry about my lateness, my meeting ran way over than expected" but Scott just waved him off saying it was fine "Gem warned me that you might be late, and besides I'm on lock up duty tonight anyways no worries" he looked towards Rev who was smiling up at him.

He crouched down to her level and he gave her a head pat "besides the extra help and company was nice, she did really well on helping me clean up, I didn't even ask her too" which made Rev beam with pride.

"Now if only she was this enthusiastic about cleaning her room" Jimmy commented causing Rev to puff her cheeks out, Scott to laugh at her embarrassment.

"I'm sure it can't be that bad, you're normally very good at keeping the classroom and your area tidy" she agrees that it isn't as bad as her papa says it is.

"Speaking of" Scott stands up and whips the dirty off his jeans "I'll be sending it over email but you might want to send Rev in with a spare change of clothes that you wouldn't mind getting dirty, the kids are making their monster on Friday"

Jimmy nodded taking a mental note before Rev chimed in talking about her monster idea. He smiled as he watched how Scott interacted with Rev and he could help but notice how his heart flutter at the sight.

They talked some more about how Scott's normal stays in the back with the kids cleaning and entertaining them until someone came to pick them up, he was only covering for Gem because of her dentist appointment.
