As Geto was relaxing on the swings, watching everyone else run around someone tackled him onto the ground. Landing on the grassy ground with a thud. Groaning in pain as he turned over on his back to face this mysterious person. The person was smiling as they leaned over to look at him, though they were already on top of him. "Satoru?" Geto looked up at him, squinting his eyes. "Yeah?" Came Gojo's over energetic voice, questioning him. Of course it was Gojo."Can we go get some ice cream?" Gojo broke the silence as he looked over at Geto. "I saw an ice cream truck up ahead!" He quickly added, sensing Geto's hesitance. Geto sighed in exhaustion, smiling at Gojo. "Yeah sure." Gojo's eyes lit up as he jumped off of Geto. Reaching out his arm to help him up. Geto of course takes it, interlocking their fingers as he is pulled up. "The ice cream truck is over here!" Gojo yelled excitedly as he pointed to the direction of truck. It wasn't far away at all, only about a few yards away. While they were walking to the ice cream truck, Geto was in his own thoughts. Most likely wondering why Gojo had to get him, he honestly could've gone by himself. It's not like he had to ask for permission.
They then abruptly stopped, causing Geto to nearly stumble over Gojo. "We're here!" And there they were. There was an abundance of flavors, and different types of treats. "I brought you with me because I know you prefer salty things over sweet. And they have some options on the more salty side." Geto's eyes softened as a gentle smile found a way onto his slightly tan face. "I'm getting rainbow sherbet! I'll get my precious son MeGAYmi vanilla!" Geto's eyes softened let out a snicker, at the profound nickname. Before he stopped, and looked at him.
"Isn't Megumi lactose intolerant? And aren't you too?!" Geto now looked highly concerned for both of their wellbeing. "Oh yeah. But I'm only mild. So I guess I'll just get him some mochi. I'll get some too." He looked a bit bummed but ordered it. After just a few seconds, they already had their mochi. Walking back with the mochi, as soon as Gojo saw Megumi he screamed his name. Or just what he likes to call him. "Oh tall, most likely gay child! I've brought your fav kind of mochi!" He screamed in his per usual sing song tone of voice.
Geto immediately burst out laughing, and so did everyone else that heard, except for Gojo and Megumi. Gojo was just smiling like a kid who just got sugar. And Megumi was trying to hid his face in his shirt collar in embarrassment. Though he only succeeded half way. Gojo sprinted over to Megumi, nearly dropping the mochi. "You didn't answer me." He sighed, a deep frown visible on his face. He than wordlessly handed him the mochi. He skipped back to Geto's side.
"WHAT TIME IS IT?" Gojo asked, loud enough for literally everyone else at the park to hear. Geto sighed, exhausted with his shenanigans already. He whipped out his phone, turning it on to check the time. Completely ignoring the fact that Gojo using his fingers to make a half heart facing the left side. I mean Gojo's is Geto making the same hand motion facing the right side. He brazenly looked over the screen, before replying in Gojo's loud extremely eccentric voice. "IT'S 3:00!" Then a squeal ran out, loud and high pitched.
"HOLY SHIT! I HAVE TO PICK UP YUJI-CHAN FROM SCHOOL!" It was Choso, of course it was. His voice full of panic as he then hurriedly jump off of the swings at full force."MEGUMI!!!" He screeched, looking over at the sea urchin styled first year. "Hmm?" Megumi sluggishly looked over at him from the monkey bar he was currently holding onto. One hand on the monkey bar, another holding his phone. "CAN YOU STOP BY MY HOUSE AND GIVE ME THE PENDANT WHEN IT'S FINISHED?!" He gave Megumi a pleading look, as if he was begging him to agree with his eyes alone.
"Yeah sure." He looked back over at his phone, unable to give Choso a reassuring thumbs up. He screamed a quick 'thanks' as he sped off in the direction of the school. Things like this happen quite often, Choso would forget something important, and we would help. This time it was Megumi. As Choso rushed away, the park fell into a comforting silence. Megumi, Gojo, and Geto on the swings. Hibara, and Nanami were walking around, talking about something that they probably shouldn't be.
Inumaki, and Maki were running around, laughing like kids. It was truly peaceful, but of course all good things come to an end. "I hope Sukuna won't be here this year." Gojo spoke out, looking up at the sky. Megumi immediately paled at the the mentioning of that demon. Nanami sighed, rubbing his temples in exhaustion. "I don't even want to think about that possibility." He grumbled, picking up the pace he held while he paced around the park. "Calm down, they already expelled him. He can't come back." Geto waved off with practiced ease. The effects were immediate. He had managed to calm down the increasingly distressed two people.
"It would be way worse if Choso was here." Maki sighed as she glanced at her phone, checking the time on it. "Megumi you should pick up the new pendant. You don't want to keep your sister waiting." Inumaki mumbled, voice barely over a whisper. Megumi perked up at that, looking dead into his eyes. "Oh, you must be right." He trusted Inumaki's words fully, never doubting him for even a second. He hoped off the swings, walking off that numb feeling in his legs. "I'll see you guys tomorrow, or later. Either way I'm leaving, bye." He waved, quickly looking back at them all before jogging to the Shop.
