Agent Holt, please come to my office .Libby rolled her eyes as she swiftly walked up the winding blue crystal stairs, the last of their strongholds , her knee length, silky light brown hair gently hitting the back of her pale white neck as she climbed. You needed me, Dame Alyssa? Libby asked as she reached the golden archway leading into the elaborate office filled with expensive paintings, statues, and various awards of Dame Alyssa. Yes, Holt, as you know we are experiencing difficulty with our finances. Mabye we wouldn't have so many issues with money if Dame Prissypants would stop buying so many statues of herself, Libby thought. MISS HOLT! The Dame yelled. Sorry, Mam, I was... lost in thought. Mhm Dame Alyssa mused. Anyways, Miss Holt I regret to inform you that you will no longer be needed at Starswirl safety. What? Why? I've been one of your top agents since i was 15, and have been working here since I was 12 years old- Like I said, Dame Alyssa cut across, budget cuts. But why me? Libby whispered. Don't take it personally, Libby, the lack of title stung. Even though Dame Alyssa wasn't Libby's favorite she was still like family and it felt cold and dead like a knife to the throat. It's just time for a change. And with that less than satisfying answer she walked out of the office, down the crystal stairs, and out of the beautiful building, stopping to look at the familiar emblem of a ring of stars surrounding a spiral with a single teardrop over the gate for the last time.
As she walked past the trees she heard a faint sizzle, and before she could react she heard an explosion. When she turned around she saw the last of the Starswirl strongholds engulfed in flames. She ran as fast as she could, past everyone on the grass, into the burning building, fighting through the newly forming rubble getting as many documents and artifacts as she could. when she thought she got everything she could she could she quickly ran out of the building, dumping everything she was carrying on the grass, wet from the other agents trying to put out the fire, then she remembered the sound she heard from the trees earlier. Libby quickly ran into the woods, desperately looking for any trace of anyone or anything hiding there. Just as she saw a gleam of light her boot caught a tree root and she came crashing down, her face hitting a black fabric, Libby picked up the coarse piece of linen, it was a cloak with a symbol of a moon with fire in the center embroidered in gold silken thread with an infinity symbol pin. one thing was immediatley clear to Libby, this wasn't the easily recognisable emblem of the Helene army, a sun with eight points of three stars, or the simple lily shape of the fellow rebels. these men weren't from Empress Helene, the rebels have a new threat.
