Production assistant wanted (Katya Zamolodchikova x non-binary reader)

"Finally! I was starting to think you didn't like me." Kat pouts.

Y/N rolls their eyes at the exaggerated upset "Stop pouting, how did you get my number?". Katya breaks into a smile and wordlessly turns the phone to show Pete "should've guessed" they mumble causing Kat to laugh. "Where'd you go?" she asks after the laughter died out

"The cafe round the corner, Rosie's?" They say in an unsure tone "their stuff looks good. Want me to get you guys anything?" Kat shakes her head, looking off screen (presumably at Trixie) before turning back to Y/N "We're all good here thanks detka" she winks.

"ne bespokoysya kukla" they respond smoothly, winking back before seeing they've reached the front of the queue. "One sec" they put their phone down and order, missing the completely stunned and flushed face of Katya on the other end of the call. Trix looks over at katya with the same shocked expression she kicks her side and mouths "bitch!". Katya shrugging back in an equally confused expression, turning back to the call after hearing "Okay i'm back, sorry about that" Y/N smiling at the phone again, Kat's shocked face staring back "what?"

"You speak Russian?"

"A smidge" Y/N smirks "Duolingo works wonders"

"That it does" Katya agreed through chuckles. "You coming back soon?"

"Soon ish. Are Pete and Trix good enough company?"

Before Katya replies the phone is snatched and Trixie comes on screen "Bitch you better come back soon, she's being mopey". This causes Y/N to laugh a bit louder than publicly acceptable "I'm literally waiting for my order, leave me be. I don't do well under pressure i'll throw up" Trixie now being the one laughing loudly as Katya uses this as an opportunity to snatch her phone back. Y/Ns name is called and they go to collect their order "Thank you so much, have a good day" they say to the barista. Walking out of the shop they hold their food up to Katya on the phone "You happy now?" with a sly smile.

Katya lights up and a small "Yes" comes out of her mouth. Through the phone Y/N hears Brandon opening the studio door and announcing that their food is here, snapping Katya's attention away from her phone for a sec before looking back at it. "Go eat you weirdo, I'll be back soon" Y/N prompts with a smile, Katya returning it with a soft "Okay... see you soon"
