Narrator POV

100 years ago the world had hero's villains the world and they all had powers called quirks the first documented user of the meta abilities, the Glowing Baby, was born. Soon, it would be found that these abilities did not occur exclusively at childbirth. They often occur during the pubescent and prepubescent stages of a child's life. With the arrival of these new abilities, a group of scholars decided to study this "mysterious disease." They soon announced that the meta abilities came from a gene that wasn't human, thus throwing society into a state of chaos, as those with meta abilities would, therefore, be classified as "Another Species."However, to combat this chaos, the Glowing Baby sought peace, becoming a beacon of light during tumultuous times, and thus, support for him continued to grow. However, three years later, a villain named All For One grew resentful of his popularity after massing 10 million followers and therefore killed and stole his Meta Ability. As Quirks have been around for at least four generations, humans have gone through a state of evolution. we learn that humans who have evolved and thus obtained a Quirk do not possess a pinky toe. As within the series, the part of the body that humans do not often use is called vestigial and thus has evolved without that bone structure.

However, Quirkless humans will retain the two joints in their pinky toes. As mentioned above, not all Quirks manifest at birth. However, at age four, many children begin to exhibit or manifest their Quirk. These Quirks can manifest at any moment, and as the user matures, the use and knowledge of how their Quirks work can also change. After an endless battle Afo was defeated by a Quirk called One for all and its user Izuku Midoriya and his friends. After they won the war against All For One 100 years have went by and the hero's and villains had died down after the war but when a powerful villain overlord that planned to destroy everything all hope was lost until a unknown vigilante showed up and defeated the overlord. He was given the title The Vigilante King after this he formed 9 guilds to help combat the newest form of evil. This is the story on how a boy that was treated like different due to his quirk shows the world that he's will become the next Vigilante King. Our story takes place in Amarillo Texas in a small town of Cyber Back Valley.

It's a small canyon town at the end of Amarillo. Cyber Back Valley has difficult time getting outside help because the roads make it difficult for cars and trucks to deliver goods and it take 2 days by helicopter to come back some people decide to use their quirks to go get their own. Out of all the buildings is a small orphanage called The Iron Stone that is located on the side of  the canyon cliff side.
