(Gwen's confessional in the cafeteria...)

Gwen - So Chris framed us and left us on the same damn island, this time overrun by zombies. As a long-time horror fan, I'm impressed by the idea. But the fact that I am appearing in this garbage program again and that there is a risk that I may not come back does not satisfy me at all.

(End of confessional...)

Gwen turned away from the camera on the wall and saw everyone else talking about survival while some were still stressed about the fact that everything that was happening right now was real and not some nightmare.

Geoff - Well, we're safe for now, but I doubt the cafeteria will give us a permanent shelter.

Duncan - Of course not. It's an old wooden cottage. In all zombie movies, they don't last long. First of all, we need to escape from the island.

Courtney - Oh, how are you going to do it, genius? The only thing that comes to my mind is swimming, but I don't want to risk being eaten by sharks.

Duncan rolled his eyes at Courtney's comment as he usually did. He thought for a moment until he remembered something.

Duncan - Remember, Courtney, when we had that moment in the boathouse?

Courtney - Ugh... That episode from the first season... That's why we became a couple, but don't think it will happen again!

Duncan - Believe me, Courtney, I didn't plan this at all. There may be boats there and with them we can escape from this island.

Everyone thought it was a great idea and already knew where to go, but since the risk of encountering zombies without proper preparation is certain death, they started looking for something to defend themselves.

Later

Izzy found a fire axe, Eva found a cleaver, Leshawna with the help of Harold who found a knife had a broom with the other end sharpened so she had a solid spear and the rest only managed to find old knives. Seeing all this, Harold sighed.

(Harold's confessional in the cafeteria...)

Harold - I also watched movies about zombies and I know that knives, although they can be deadly to humans and animals, are the worst possible choice of weapon against zombies. Their weak point is the head, and you can kill them with a knife only by stabbing it in the eye socket, which requires strength, precision and getting dangerously close to the monster, being exposed to a bite or scratch. In this situation, only Eva, Izzy and Leshawna are the best armed. I'm glad I helped my Leshawna turn her broom into a spear. It's important to me that she is safe.

Tyler - I don't know what's worse, the fact that we're about to go through hell or the risk of losing Lindsay...

Lindsay - Don't worry, Tyler. I will stay close to you.

Eva - Alright everyone! Run after me and nothing will happen to you! No stinking zombies are eating you as long as I'm here with you since I already killed one with a rock.

Courtney - Umm... Eva... We knew that you managed to kill one, but there are many more of them, and it is not certain that we will only encounter one every hour...

Eva - So what? They are weak and slow... There is no way...

But suddenly the window Eva was standing at was destroyed and the zombies grabbed her and started dragging her. Terrified witnesses began to scream or stand in fear.

Brigitte - Hey! Don't just stand there! We need to help her!

Eva tried to defend herself by cutting off the zombie's limbs with her cleaver, but there were too many of them. DJ and Geoff tried to pull her back in but there were too many of them and soon Eva was dragged out of the cafeteria where outside her screams were silenced as the zombies tore her apart.
