chapter four: the season starts

The school bells rings.

And every single student storms in like a pack of hell hounds after fresh meat.

You help Aphmau make her way inside just so she doesn't get hurt trying to find her way to the help desk where she should get her pamphlet that'll show her classes and homeroom.

Aphmau and you talk while walking.
"Yea, I should probably mention that the classrooms are made up of every grade, like Juniors, seniors, and freshmen, ectr Are together in the same classroom except in homeroom" You explain to her and watch as her face goes from excited to fearful.

"Oh... really? Oh no, I'd rather stay in my comfort zone with the freshman, but the classes are mixed together.. ?" She worries, and you feel bad, so you switch topics.

"Hey Aph?" You ask attentively
"Yea, what is it..?" Aphmau answers you hesitantly. "You're parents pre registered you, right? So right there -"

You point to one of the booths.

"You can get a pamphlet with your classes and homeroom." You explain to her with a small smile to try and comfort her.

With a nod She walks to the both and stands in line while you walk to your locker that's in the right hallway that had view of the boths just so you can be sure that she doesn't have anymore problems.

After a five minutes wait, Aphnau approaches you clearly, distraught with the way she looked at you.

"Hey!" She says, calling for your attention. "I really don't understand where I'm supposed to go.. since you're a sophomore, can you tell me which way my classroom is?" She asks meekly.

You nod an understanding look on your face "Ofcourse Aph, see this here.."

After having it explained it to her, she looks at you with a sparkle in her eye. "Thank you so much! You're my knight in shining armor" She says says with a beaming smile on her face and hugs you.

Realizing what she had just done, she let's go of you. "I'm really sorry. i just was so happy -" You halt her before she can continue. "It's okay. I was just surprised. It's fine, really." You assure her.

"Oh, and just so you know, the freshmen are going to be introduced to the upperclassmen in the first class so well see each other again. I can't wait." Yea, and you both had Werewolf claass together, but aphmau doesn't know that yet, but.. What else could you both have together? You quite frankly didn't know since you couldn't get a good look at the rest of her schedule.

"Well, I'll get going. I don't want to be late! Bye!" She says energetically before starting to walk away.

Now, you only needed to get to where the freshmen were going to meet upperclassmen and clubs, so to the gymnasium it is.

Hopefully, this day goes alright.

You spot apmaus class coming in due to the fact that she had two of the more important characters Travis and Kawai-chan.

You decide to walk up to the both of them, and as you do so, a ball comes flying in Travis's direction, hitting him straight in the face and Aphmau immediately worrying.

Speeding up, you reach both of them before Kaitlyn does with her icy blue hair and eyes.

"Hey Aph, what happened?" You asked the frazzled and overly worried Aphmau even though you perfectly saw what happened.

"A ball just came -"

before Aphmau can continue, Kaitlyn speaks up -

"Nice catch, dork! You caught the ball with your face. " - while laughing though, then comes laurance seeming to have overheard or seeming to have watched it play out with a lecture.
