"Give It Time"

Chapter 1

I was laying in my bed dreaming all peacefully until I felt warmness touch my cheek, and it stung. I popped up and looked over and saw my "mom" standing there with a metal spatchula.

"GET UP OR ILL HIT U AGAIN!" She shouted at me. I got up and started crying and holding my face. Today I had to go to school yay....(note the sarcasim)

I went to my closet and put on a black lace shirt with a tank top under it. I slipped on a pair of black skinny jeans and headed to the bathroom and put on some mascara and eye liner and put my hair in a high ponytail. I grabbed my penny board and my book bag and then headed downstairs.

I went into the kitchen and got a pop tart and rode my board to school.

Once I arrived I walked to my locker and before I could open it I was slammed into it. I looked over and saw calum smirking at me.

"What do you want calum?" I asked while rolling my eyes. "I just want to have some fun" he said still smirking.

"Well I don't, now let me go" I said while trying to push him away from me. But he kicked me in the leg and I fell to the floor then he walked off with his friends.

I got up crying in pain and grabbed my stuff for class and wiped my tears away and headed to math.

I walked in and sat in my usual seat which was in the very back and just sat there staring into space when this brown haired girl walked in with these boys.

"Today class we have some new students" he announced. "We have Kylie Hernandez, Nash Grier, Cameron Dallas, Aaron carpenter, Carter Reynolds, Matthew Espinosa, Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinsky, Taylor Canniff, and Shawn mendes". He announced.

Thats a lot of new students I said in my head. All the boys we're kinda cute.

"You all can go have a seat next to skyler hill over there" he pointed to all the open spots next to me.

They all came over and sat at my table and it was awkward.

"Hi".... Kylie said nicely. "Um...hi" I said

Soon they all said hi then we all focused on the teacher.

23 minutes later the bell rang and I got up and ran out of the classroom not saying a thing.

I walked to my locker and put my stuff away until someone tapped me on the shoulder.

I turned around and seen kian.

"HI KIAN" I screamed while jumping into his arms.. "HI SKYLER" he screamed while hugging me.

I was confused why skyler just got up and left like that...I figured she would've talked more to us, she looks like a very nice girl....I was wondering why she had a red mark on her face, it looked like she got slapped or something....I kinda felt bad for her...idk why I just did....I was gonna talk to her.

I was walking until I bumped into a hard chest and I fell to the floor.

"I'm so sorry" the guy said as he held his hand out for me to grab it. I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up. "Thanks" I said.

"Anytime" he said with a smile. I stood there and watched him and his buddies walk away..

I kept looking around until I seen skyler and this guy standing with her and they we're talking.

I walked over to them and started talking as well but skyler seemed very shy.

"Hi again" I said with a smile. "Hey" the guy said. "Hi....." was all skyler said.

"Skyler, is something wrong?" I asked
"No" she said looking down.

"Wanna be my friend?" I asked with a small smile.

"Sure" he said with a tiny smile. "Great, we should hang out some time" I said.

"Yeah..." she said "so... bye I'm gonna go talk to Jc" the guy said.

"Oh I didn't catch your name" I said. "Kian, kian lawley" he said while holding out his hand.

"I'm Kylie" I said shaking his hand. He walked away and it was just me and skyler. "Well I'm gonna go" I said.

"Ok bye" she said. I said bye and walked to my next class.
