hanbins eyes lightened up after he heard what hao had said to him. "I like you so much.. no, I love you"
am I dreaming?
he struggled to raise his head up to meet haos eyes in his confusing yet comforting mess of emotions in his head and heart right now, but this way, atleast he knew he wouldn't be dreaming.
"...are you, really serious..?" hanbin struggled to speak by the shock he had when hao had accepted his confession, honestly he feared the worst.
"how could I not be..?" hao smiled at both how silly hanbin was being and also by how stupidly naive he was, maybe that's how love feels like? to be honest, he can't really tell what's love and what's not because he does not go outside to socialize much.
but this time is different, this time he knew he liked hanbin and he's happy to know he liked him back.
he hugged hanbin in desperation to just be close with him, and he looked like he needed it anyway, his messy hair tells centuries of history at this point
hanbin hugged him back and eventually cried into haos shoulder, soaking haos clothes with his tears. but, it wasn't bitter tears. it was those warm and cheerful tears, tears of relief by how everything turned out to be.
obviously hao pushed hanbin a little back so they would be standing in the side walks instead of being ran over by a car (but that wasn't really the priority right now so I don't even know why I added this lmao)
for a moment it felt like time stopped for the both of them.

if hao was truly honest he did want to kiss hanbin there but he decided to hold back for the sake of not overwhelming hanbin by anymore emotions today, because he looks like he is not in the mood today for these shock waves.
and if hanbin was honest, he did also want to kiss hao. but he decided not to because he didn't really ask if they wanted to be official and didn't want to cross any boundaries.
for them, even a hug is enough. i mean, true love doesn't always mean romantic confessions right?

to be honest, ever since hao was introduced into our friend group by lovelicky, I noticed how weird hanbin has been acting near him.
of course I, the almighty rizz king and a very sexy man, I. seok matthew, have decided to play cupid for these two blind ass motherfuckers, although I'm sure they'd rather fuck each other not gonna lie..
