The air was growing more and more clear as the spring season dawned on the city of Paris.

Everyone was out and about on their daily excursions, filling the city streets with controlled chaos. On a calmer street further up the city, a family of five was out enjoying the town, their chauffeur happily driving them around after a lovely visit to the local flea market.

One of the little ones released a yawn as she leaned on her mother's side. She brought the child onto her lap, already anticipating her mid-afternoon nap.

"Tired already, Bumble Bee?" her mother asked softly.

"Mhmm..." the little one sleepily replied.

A laugh was shared between the older woman and her mother before the other two siblings suddenly grew antsy with excitement.

"Mama, look!" one of them exclaimed.

She looked out the window just as they were about to pass a cat café.

"Can we please get a cat?" the other sibling asked. "We promise we'll take good care of it."

"Would you like me to make a last minute stop, Ms. Normani?"

Normani smiled at her driver.

"It's alright, Megan," she said.

The two young boys sounded their disappointed as Megan kept driving, chuckling to herself.

"You boys know your mom-mom is allergic to cats," Normani said. "And having any pet would be a big responsibility for three children."

"I'm sorry babies," Normani's mother, Kelly said, as her grandsons pouted her way.

It wasn't long before the family of five made it back to their French mansion at the end of the street. The Hamiltons were one of the wealthiest families to call Paris their home. Though they were better off than most in their neighborhood, they were a favorite amongst the citizens.

Kelly was a retired violinist. She was delighted to find out that many of her neighbors were fans of her musical performances. And when they found out she had a daughter, Normani, they instantly took to her as well.

One by one, each Hamilton got out of the car, their butler, Coleman aiding them by taking their bags.

"Y'all bought a lot of stuff, I see," he chuckled. "I'm surprised you could fit everything in the car."

Kelly laughed as she led the man to the trunk of the car. Normani helped her children out of the backseat. The sibling trio rushed to get inside so they could play with the new toys they got, only for Normani to call them back.

"Marie, Toulouse, and Berlioz," she softly scolded. "You know better. What do we say to Ms. Megan after every outing?"

The three young ones ran back to the tall woman just as she got out of the driver's seat. She chuckled as she caught each child, hugging them tight like she was their big sister.

"Thanks for driving us to the market, Ms. Megan!" Marie cheesed.

"You think me and Toulouse could go to the cat café soon?" Berlioz asked.

Megan smiled.

"Make sure it's okay with your mom, first," she said. "But I'll put in a good word if she says no..."

Her teasing wink caused the brother duo to smile in pure excitement, Normani chuckling as she watched the three of them run back into the house.

"Will you stay for dinner, Megan?" she asked the tall woman.
