I was about to sit to have breakfast with dadi but my phone rang. I picked the call and was about to shout at Avinash as I had strictly told him to not call me till the clock hit 12 and It was just 10 in morning.
"Mam... actually.... The... receptionist...umm"
"What did she do this time"
"Mam the client who wanted to place order for more than 100 clothes came to meet you, dressed up in casuals, and she insulted them by badmouthing their status,standards and what not and now the client is saying that they will call media and report us and they will shut down our company." Avinash said
Hearing him my blood boiled and I told him
"Avinash, I'll reach there in 5-10 minutes, you ask the clients to wait and prepare firing mail for that receptionist, she'll be fired today"
"Ok mam"
"And also ask her to apologize to them"
"Ok mam" saying this he cut the call.
"Dadi there's a problem at company, I'm going bye" I said and ran outside grabbing my bike keys as it'll take time to reach by car. I drove at full speed and reach office within 5 min. I reached and when I saw the client and their family, I was hella shocked.
"Vishakha mam, you here?"
The client turned back and said "Ahana bache tu"
I glared at receptionist and then turned towards mam.
"Mam pls come to my cabin, we'll talk their only"
"Sure bache"
We went to my cabin and I asked them to make themselves comfortable.
"Mam what would you all want to have coffee or tea?"
"Noth- mam was cut off by her children's voice, "we will have cold coffee di with choco-chip biscuits."
Mam glared at them for not controlling their mouth.
"Mam don't glare at these poor souls, remember you told us that you were also like them when you were young."
"Mumma you were also like us and still you scold us."
" We can talk at home too, right now let me place my order." Mam scolded them and then continued
