Since the Mixamajig special doesn't exist here, Mixopolis would need a new introduction;
The special opens with all the Series 1-6 mixels standing outside Mixopolis, in front of a really long ribbon. The Weldoes would appear, cutting the ribbon and letting everyone into Mixopolis. Months pass, and Mixopolis is now the bustling capital city of Planet Mixel.
That's all I got for now, but I know the special would focus on the Series 7 Mixels the most and give them equal screen time and lines.
