Taehyung felt a lump form in his throat at Jimin's words, his heart feeling heavy with guilt and regret. He knew that Jimin was downplaying his own sacrifices and pain, trying to reassure him and make him feel better. But it only made him feel worse, knowing that Jimin was enduring the consequences of his own carelessness and selfishness.

*a guard knocked at the door of hospital room*

Taehyung looked up at the knock, a frown on his face. "What is it?" he called out, his eyes fixed on Jimin's face.

Hyulin sir sent divorce papers

Taehyung felt a pang of anger and irritation at the mention of Hyulin's name. "What? How does he have the audacity to send those papers now?" he muttered, his grip on Jimin's hand tightening slightly.

He turned to the guard, his expression hard. "Leave them outside the door. I'll deal with them later."

The guard nodded, leaving the papers outside before leaving the room. Taehyung turned back to Jimin, his expression softening as he saw the tiredness and pain etched on his face.

"Don't worry about them," Taehyung said, gently stroking Jimin's hand. "We'll deal with that later. Right now, you need to rest and heal."

Jimin looked up at him with a small smile, his eyes weary but soft. "Okay," he said weakly. "Promise you'll stay with me?"

*After sometime jimin felt slept while talking with Taehyung*

Taehyung watched as Jimin slowly drifted off to sleep, his eyes closing and his breathing settling into a steady rhythm. He continued to hold Jimin's hand, watching over him as he slept, feeling a sense of protectiveness and responsibility towards him.

As he sat there, listening to the steady sound of the heart monitor, he felt a sense of guilt and regret wash over him once again. He knew that he had been careless and thoughtless, and that Jimin had paid the price for his mistakes. But he also knew that he needed to be there for Jimin now, to support him and help him heal

Taehyung gently placed Jimin's hand back on the bed, careful not to disturb him. He got up from his seat and quietly made his way out of the room, intending to deal with the divorce papers and whatever mess Hyulin had stirred up.

As he stepped out of the room, he felt a wave of fatigue wash over him. He hadn't realized how long he had been sitting with Jimin, lost in his thoughts. He rubbed his eyes, trying to shake off the tiredness, and made his way down the hallway towards the main entrance of the hospital.

As he rounded the corner, he saw a group of journalists and reporters gathered outside the hospital. They spotted him immediately and swarmed towards him, cameras and microphones in hand.

"Your Highness! What happened to your valet? Is he okay?"

"Is it true that he fell from the terrace of your penthouse?"

The barrage of questions came at him from all sides, and Taehyung felt a pang of annoyance at the intrusion. He usually avoided dealing with the media, knowing that they were mostly interested in sensationalism and gossip rather than the truth.

He held up a hand to signal them to stop, trying to maintain his composure. "Please, one at a time," he said, his voice firm but polite. "And I'll answer your questions if you give me some space."

The journalists quieted down slightly, although they still kept their cameras and microphones trained on him. Taehyung took a deep breath, steeling himself for the barrage of questions that he knew were coming.

"Is it true that your valet sustained serious injuries?" a reporter asked, holding up a microphone.

"Yes, Jimin sustained several broken bones and a fractured ankle," Taehyung said, trying to keep his voice steady. "He's in stable condition and is currently resting under the care of the doctors."
