Today, Kunj woke up with extreme pain in his abdomen. He felt the pain intensely and let out a hiss as he tried to get up from bed.

"Vijay, uthiye!" Kunj shook Ranvijay, who was sleeping beside him.

"Kya hua, jaan?" Ranvijay asked, still sleepy.

"Periods," Kunj replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

Ranvijay instantly woke up. "Jaan, pehle bolna chahiye tha na. Chalo, main help karta hu."

Ranvijay scooped Kunj into his arms and took him to the washroom, as Kunj's stomach was paining badly and he could barely walk.

Ranvijay fetched necessary items for Kunj and helped him change and shower.

Meanwhile, Ranvijay changed the bedsheets.

After Kunj got ready, Ranvijay made him sit on the bed with a hot water bag and went to bathe.

A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door.

"Andar aajao," Kunj said softly.

"Bhaiya, aap theek hain na?" Abhimanyu asked worriedly.

"Ha, bas wohi tum jante ho na, har mahine ka hai," Kunj whined.

"Oh bhaiya, accha batao aap kya khao ge? Main banata hu."

"Hmmm, Maggie khaye kya aaj? Woh bhi spicy?" Kunj said dreamily.

Abhimanyu chuckled at Kunj's behavior.

"Bhaiya, thik hai. Jaise aap bolo."

Abhimanyu left, and Ranvijay came out of the bathroom, dressed for the day.

"Kon tha kamre mein?" Ranvijay asked.

"Abhi tha, nashte mai kya banana hai woh puch raha tha!"

"Accha, or kya khana hai mere Sartaj ko aaj?" Ranvijay asked, tugging Kunj's hair.

"Spicy Maggie." Kunj's eyes sparkled.

"Kunj, mai kya karun tumhara? Tum itne cute kyu ho? Ek baat batao, tumhe is waqt aise moods aur cravings hoti hai, toh pregnancy ke time toh kya hi karo ge?" Ranvijay chuckled.

Kunj's smile fell, and Ranvijay took him into his arms.

"Sorry, baby, tum us baare mai utna mat socho."

"Kaise nai sochu, Vijay? Hum itna try kar rahe hai, phir bhi nai ho raha hai kuch. Kyu mere saath aisa ho raha hai? Kyu Vijay?" Kunj cried.

Ranvijay rubbed his back, whispering reassurance.

"It's okay, jaan. Hum fir try karenge, aur nai bhi hua toh koi baat nai. Humne is bare mein pehle bhi discuss kiya hai, right? Hmm, don't worry." The elder stated softly.

The younger nodded.

"Baba, Bhaiya, nashta taiyaar hai," Arjun said from the door and left, respecting the elder's privacy.

"Chalte hai, thik hai," the elder said and wiped Kunj's tears, kissing his forehead lovingly.

"Baba, Mumma, good morning," Manik said cheerfully as the couple descended the stairs, Kunj leaning on the elder.

"Good morning, baccha," both replied, kissing his forehead.

"Bhaiya, ab kaisa lag raha hai?" Abhimanyu asked worriedly.

"Ab thoda thik hai, abhi tension mat lo. Chalo nashta karte hai," Kunj said, his mouth watering at the spicy noodles and their smell.

"Kunj, pehle juice pee," Ranvijay said, placing a glass of juice in front of Kunj.

"Nahi, Vijay, hataiye. Mujhe noodles khane hai," Kunj whined, while the other three watched the drama unfold.

"Nahi, Kunj. Khali pet itna spicy khana nahi. Pehle yeh pee, phir woh sab khana," Ranvijay, ever the health-conscious husband, said.

Kunj shook his head, turned away, and then glared at Ranvijay.

"Kunjjj," the elder's stern voice made Kunj reluctantly take the juice and finish it in one gulp.

"Bas sukoon mila aapko?" Kunj asked, glaring.

"Ha, bahot," the elder said with a tight-lipped smile, happy inside that Kunj was letting go of his stress.

"Baba, aaj aap office nai ja rahe ho?" Manik asked, seeing his Baba in casual clothes.

"Nai, Mannu. Tu janta hai na, Baba aaj pura din Bhaiya ki sewa karenge," Arjun said teasingly.

The couple ignored it, Kunj busy eating noodles, and Ranvijay admiring him.

"Hey Bhagwan, in dono ko kisi ki nazar na lagne dena, aur hamesha aise hi ek dusre ke saath rakhna," Abhimanyu said.

The other two agreed.

But is it possible that every prayer gets accepted?

So I wrote atleast 2k words in my notes but when I copied it here it became 650 something I don't know how 🤧🤧
