Y/N had long since learned that being around Aunt Agatha and Aunt Rio was never boring. They were a chaotic duo, yet somehow they balanced each other out in the best possible way. As Y/N pushed open the door to Agatha's cozy, half-lit living room, she could already hear Agatha's animated voice and Rio's soft laughter.

"Finally!" Agatha called, beckoning Y/N over to the sofa, where she had already set out tea and a plate of cookies. "You're late, which means I already have so much to tell you!"

Rio, who was lounging comfortably beside Agatha, smiled at Y/N in that calm, knowing way of hers. "Agatha's been holding onto the news all day. It's a miracle she didn't burst."

Agatha gave Rio a playful shove. "What can I say? I have very important information to share. Now come, come—sit! You need to know what's been going on with Fiona and Jasper." She leaned in close, her eyes gleaming with excitement. "So, you know how they said they were 'just friends,' right?"

Y/N leaned in, eyes wide, feeling like she was being let into a secret world where Agatha's flair for storytelling and Rio's steadying presence created an atmosphere that was pure magic. "Uh-huh?"

"Well," Agatha continued, savoring the suspense, "I caught them in the enchanted garden last night, holding hands and whispering like lovesick teenagers! Can you imagine? They've been lying to everyone!" Agatha's grin was wicked and full of delight. "Honestly, the gall."

"Not everyone needs to announce everything like you, Agatha," Rio teased, though she gave Y/N a conspiratorial wink. "But I must say, the drama around here keeps us on our toes. You're lucky you have us to fill you in."

"Oh, I am!" Y/N laughed, feeling warmth settle over her as she looked at her two aunts. "No one else has such quality gossip—and you're both so good at it."

Agatha put a hand on her chest, mock-offended. "Gossip? No, no, darling. This is pure investigative work. Speaking of which," she lowered her voice and gave Y/N a serious look, "how's your magic training going?"

Y/N shrugged, feeling the familiar pang of uncertainty. "I... don't know. It's still kind of unpredictable."

Agatha immediately scooted closer, her face full of determination. "Unpredictable is my specialty, sweetheart. It's all about learning to command it, like taming a wild animal. Try channeling it through something small—start with a spell to change the color of a candle flame. Here, I'll show you."

She produced a slender candle, setting it on the table between them, and with a flick of her wrist, the flame changed from a steady orange to a deep, midnight blue. Y/N watched, mesmerized, as Agatha talked her through each step with surprising patience.

Rio looked on, her gaze warm. "Agatha taught me a few things too," she said softly to Y/N, making her smile. "But I think you're already picking up more than you realize. Don't let Agatha fool you into thinking she's the only talented one here."

"Oh, I know you're talented, too, Rio," Y/N said with a grin. "Besides, you're the only one who lets me talk their ear off about my latest hyperfixations."

Rio chuckled, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "Please, I love it. It's refreshing to see someone so passionate." Her voice held that genuine warmth that always made Y/N feel heard, truly seen. "In fact, tell me more about that new hobby of yours. The one with the enchanted herb garden?"

Y/N's face lit up as she began to explain, her hands moving with enthusiasm as she described her setup, how she'd managed to cultivate herbs that glowed softly at dusk. She rambled on, aware of how excited she must sound, but with Rio's undivided attention and Agatha's occasional interjections, she felt like her interest was celebrated rather than humored.

Rio, as always, listened with rapt attention, her soft smile never faltering. Occasionally, Agatha would interrupt with a quip or ask for a clarification, adding her own dramatic flair to the conversation.

After a while, Y/N realized how comfortable, how at home she felt, sandwiched between her two aunts, each with such different energy yet both so supportive in their own way. They encouraged her to be herself, to embrace her quirks, her magic, her passions.

As the evening wound down, Agatha pulled Y/N close, her voice uncharacteristically soft. "You know, kid, we're proud of you. I may joke, and Rio may be the voice of reason, but... you're family. And we've got your back. Always."

Rio nodded, wrapping an arm around Y/N. "Agatha's right. We'll be here, no matter what. You're one of us."

And in that moment, surrounded by laughter, warmth, and their presence, Y/N felt like she truly belonged.
