laurie felt like someone had ripped her guts out, she really hadn't excepted for it to hurt to see chris with another girl. tayra was so pretty, she was prettier than laurie. oh, how she wished to look as beautiful as the girl. it was like tayra was the lacy to her olivia and she hated how it felt. she couldn't hate the girl, it was hard to. laurie really tried to hate the girl, to act as if tayra was just another person, but she couldn't.
she's got every thing that laurie doesn't, how could she ever compete with that?
now she found herself laying in bed, two opened and finished beers next to her. no, laurie wouldn't get drunk and drink her feelings away, she hated being hung over. but, that didn't mean she'd go to alcohol for relief sometimes.
"lorelai, you're not paying attention." byron rolled his eyes, crossing his arms over his chest. he was upset, lorelai wasn't paying attention, like did she even give a shit?
"lorelai, do you even give a shit about what i'm talking to you about?"
"yes, i do." laurie answered, annoyed he was calling her 'lorelai', she hated being called that. no, byron i couldn't care less.
"ok, so then christopher approaches and fucking insults me! so, i insulted him back and this turned into that and we fought. i'm suspended, so you'll have to find someone to give you a ride tomorrow." byron said, standing up. "i'm going home, ok? call me if you need anything."
then, byron picked up both beer bottles that where next to her, kissed her forehead and proceeded to leave.
home my ass, byron wouldn't go home. she knew it, she knew him to well.
