Chapter 2- They're Different Alright

I don't know how far we traveled, but man, could this guy run. Eventually we reached town and he carried me to a small church. When we got there the sun was almost down, so I figured most were asleep by now, but two people came out to greet us. The boy made an abrupt stop, making my hold onto him tighter before standing in front of the church with me in his arms. Right in front of us were two people, a nun, and another teenager.
"Wait, what's your name?" I asked the guy holding me and before he could answer, the nun cut in.
"Well, who is this?" She asked him.
"Asta, please tell me you didn't kidnap this guy." The boy asked this with zero emotion. The boy, who I can now name Asta, ignored the other guy and just talked to the nun.
"Sister Lily! This is Y/N!" He said holding me up more.
"Put me down!" I said and bonked him on the head with my fist, making him drop me on the ground. I groaned a little before getting up and dusting myself off. I turned to the two and bowed.
"I'm Y/n, it's a pleasure to meet you." Then I stood and looked at the boy.
"Technically speaking, he did kidnap me." The guy just rolled his eyes and looked at Asta.
"No I didn't! You agreed!" Asta said to me, trying to defend himself from the angry looking nun.
"That was after you dragged me through the woods and did this." I held up my literally purple wrist making the other boy stare at it, and Sister Lily went on a rampage. While she was beating him up with water magic, the other boy approached me.
"Here." He grabbed my other wrist and led me into the church. He took me to a dining room and had me sit down.
"Let me see." He said to me as he sat down next to me with some medical stuff next to him.
"Oh, it's okay, really. You don't need to waste that on me" I said while waving my hands in front of me, but he just looked at me concerned.
"Waste?" When he said this I realized that my words could be interpreted very wrongly.
"I just mean that it's not that bad, and medical stuff should be saved for emergencies." I prayed to god, er..Arin, that he would buy it.

He clearly didn't, but he didn't press any further, putting the stuff away.
"I'm Yuno, sorry about Asta." He said as he turned to me before the two of us made our way back to Asta and Sister Lily.
"It's fine. I'm actually kind of grateful." He seemed confused by my words but didn't say anything. After we got back to the other two, Asta went on to explain how I was heading for the exam but got lost. Sister Lily happily agreed to let me stay.

And that's how we got here. Everyone else is inside sleeping, but i'm in the dining room, reading different articles to gain some spells. The first thing I could think of when I thought of magic was Harry Potter so that was my first pick. I read one article about quidditch, since it was interesting and I saw the download sign appear. When I clicked on it my magic inbox pinged and said I gained flying attributes, so I guess it isn't just limited to spells, but also skills. After that I read one for expecto patronum, lumos, sectumsempra, and episkey. I used episkey once i learned it to heal my wrist, it was a pretty cool feeling.
I also, due to the fact that i'm taking an exam soon, decided to read some from That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. I read multidimensional barriers, imaginary collapse, dragon spirit haki, his teleportation magic, and predation. Although, absorbing someone would be really weird, so I don't think I'll be using that anytime soon. Honestly, these are all super powerful, so I think I'll hold off on them for an emergency. I read a couple other spells from different fandoms and what not before finally deciding to sleep. After everything that happened, including dying, I'm really tired. I was going to try and get up to go to bed, but as soon as I tried I collapsed, falling asleep face first on the table.

When I woke up the next morning, I was no longer at the table but in bed. I have no idea who moved me, but I'm thankful, my back would be killing me otherwise. After I got up there was a whole send off ceremony, which only happened after Sister Liy explained who I was to the priest. Then, me, Asta, and Yuno were heading off towards the capital. Oh no, I forgot to research this show.... Oh well, guess i'm going in like the other two are.

We were pretty much walking in silence, except for when Asta would start talking about something random. The first time Yuno talked was actually to me.
"Your wrist....it's healed." When he said this I glanced at it before looking at him with a light smile.
"Yeah I healed it earlier, I just didn't have any mana last night." Please bye it, please bye it, please bye it. Oh thank god, he bought it.
"Woah! You have healing magic!? Can I see your grimoire!?" Asta asked excitedly. I wasn't entirely sure how he would react to my 'grimoire' but I decided to show him anyway. I pulled out my phone and held it up for them to see.
