44.Too spicy

DANTE'S POV

"You're insufferable," I muttered, a hint of fondness in my tone. "But damn it, I can't help being completely obsessed with you."
"Good thing..I'm obsessed with you too ... actually sinc-"  words slip from her mouth and she closes her mouth with her hands widening her eyes ...

My eyes widened slightly, my heart skipping a beat at her words. I hadn't expected such a confession from her, especially not so suddenly.
For a moment, We were silent, my mind racing as I processed her words, and then a slow, genuine smile tugged at the corner of my lips.

"You're obsessed with me too, huh?" I echoed, my voice rough with a mixture of surprise and affection.
She turns her away away looking out of the window ...I can see a faint shade of red coming into her cheeks through the side mirror
I noticed her averted gaze and chuckled softly, my smile widening.
"You're suddenly so bashful now," I teased, my tone lighthearted. "You confess your obsession, and now you can't even look at me."

"Concentrate on driving Dante " she mumbles ... playing with her fingers
I chuckled again, focusing back on the road.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm concentrating," my voice holding a hint of humor. "I don't want us ending up in a ditch because of your confession."
The silence in the car was comfortable for a moment, broken by the soft breathing of the puppies in the backseat.

I stole a glance at her, my gaze filled with affection and a hint of smugness.
"So, just to clarify," I said, my tone cheeky. "You're obsessed with me, huh?"
I waited for her response, a smile playing at the corner of my lips, enjoying the fact that the tables had been turned and I was now getting the chance to tease her.
"Nice skyy actually...don't you agree honey?"

I raised an eyebrow, my gaze briefly shifting from the road to the sky beyond.
"Yeah, it is a beautiful sky today," I admitted, my tone more serious. "But I think I've got a much more beautiful view right here in the car with me." She nods still looking out of the window
I chuckled at her reluctance to look at me, enjoying the rare moment of having the upper hand.

"Now, now, mia cara," I teased, my voice low and seductive. "Don't get shy on me now. You're the one who just confessed being obsessed with me. I want to enjoy this moment."
"Stopp dante "
I couldn't help but chuckle again, thoroughly enjoying her flustered state.
"Stop what, mia car?" I asked, feigning innocence. "Stop teasing you? But it's so much fun seeing you all bashful."
"Will you stop? "She blushes real hard

I saw her blush and a wave of affection washed over me. I loved seeing her r reactions to my teasing.
"Oh, you look so cute when you blush," I said, my tone a little softer now. "But fine, I'll stop teasing you... for now."
"Mhmm"
I chuckled again, shaking my head in amusement.
"You're adorable when you're all flustered," I said, his voice laced with affection. "It doesn't happen very often, so I like to make the most of it when I see you like this."

" Well it always happens when you are around" she murmurs still not maintaining eye contact
My  smile widened at her murmured confession.
"Is that right?" I asked, my tone both amused and pleased. "So, I have the power to reduce you to a blushing mess, huh?"
"Mhm....maybe"

I chuckled again, my voice dropping to a seductive whisper.
"You know, blushing is a good look on you," I said, my gaze flickering between her and the road. "It makes me want to push the boundaries every time I see it creeping onto your cheeks."
The freshly blossomed blush on her cheek is the most prettiest red shade I've ever seen till now

I smiled, enjoying the effect I'm having on her.
"You're so easy to tease," my tone affectionate. "I'm almost starting to feel guilty about how much fun it is to get these reactions out of you."
She remains silent.....Sathya being silent ??
"But I can't help it," I continued, my voice a low rumble. "You make it too easy for me to relish watching you blush. It's like a drug, and I'm completely addicted to it."
