Everyone at the nursery's knew now. Carly autumn and winter were all dead. It had been months since autumn and winter passed and everyone had come to terms with it. They let the grief slip their minds, but another thing slipped their minds. The 4 other people who were on rogers hit list. Why should they worry? Roger was gone.

Right?

Reece sat in the study, him and Marjorie had been fighting a lot, and suddenly he had developed the same addiction as his sister. Alcohol.

Roger snickered. His plan was going perfectly. Reece had let go of his grip on reality, his spy had more and more information. And his spy had got someone on board to do away with his list. And especially the person at the top of the list. Roger had figured that the poising wouldn't work, so he decided to really mess with them. Delilah was going to drive Reece off the edge. Over the next month, Delilah made Reece seem crazy, made him and Marjorie get into more fights to the point when they broke up, no one was really surprised. One night after Delilah had really messed with his head, he got back into old habits. After relapsing, he drank. And drank, and drank and drank some more. The world turned dizzy, then black.

Spring was gone, or you could say spring had unsprung.
