We both lay there, slowly dying after a car crash, bleeding out and helpless. "How did we end up here..?" I ask myself. "I'm sorry, Rody. I really am.." I quietly tell him, "I'm sorry too, Helen. You didn't deserve me.." He replies back.
"Pinky promise we'll still be together in the next life, Rody..?"
"𝑷𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒚... 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒆, Helen.."
We held each other's hand while taking our final breath. Silently saying I love you to each other, one last time. And died peacefully next to each other, at least we died together, it's like we always wanted.
In the blink of an eye, I was reincarnated as a different person. A new start, yet my memories are still intact. My new name is Penelope Lockwood, a pretty name. I hope we find each other. I hope I find you Rody or whoever you are now, and I hope you'll find me too.
