Ruano Series #1: Lies Beneath Her love

Chapter 1

"ampota, muntik ka nang mamatay kanina" rinig kong saad ni lyka kay alex.

"talaga ba, sige sinong muntik na ma-rape kanina nung gurang na kalbo?" natatawang saad ni alex.

We just currently finished our mission. Alex almost died when he rescued lyka from getting raped. While I was almost caught because of them.

It's just the three of us in this mission since their leader is sick.

They turned to me when I got up to pick the dart on the center table.

I threw the dart in a calculated force. The dart swifts in the air and hit the bull's eye with a thud sound.

"Azurra, magpahinga ka na. Masyado kami naging pabigat sayo." lyka said.

"ulol ikaw lang mama pabigat sa grupo, nag heels ka pa hindi ka naman pala marunong." nang-aasar na sabi ni Alex.

Baguhan pa lang sila, pero sa'kin sila sinama dahil wala ang team ko, they chose to have a vacation rather than doing this mission. 

Tinapos ko lang 'tong misyon na 'to para makapagpahinga na. I was promised to have a vacation after this mission.

"It was nice working with you both, but I have to go. Goodbye team." I said and waved my hands at them.

They said goodbye at lumabas na'ko ng pinto. I'm tired. I'm in philippines right now, kaya napag-isipan kong dumeretso sa manila.

I have a penthouse there, so I guess that's where I'll stay then I'll book a flight to go to palawan.

I opened the lights of my penthouse and sat down at the couch. I reached for the remote to open the television. The news were about a drug dealer who was caught, it was because of us but they didn't show it on the news.

Our job is top secret, anyways.

I went to the bathroom to take a bath, I went inside the bathub with lukewarm water, there were also red petals from a rose.

I tied my hair in a bun and rested on my bathub. I was about to close my eyes but I heard numerous doorbells and knocks from my front door. I got up and water was dripping from my body. I put on a white robe and went to the front door where loud knocks continues.

I opened the door and I saw a guy with a black coat, who's also wearing shades. A formal attire for secret agents.

"Sorry to disturb you, Ms. Azurra. But the Founder of Private Armed Forces sent me here to give you this," he said as he handed me a white envelope. "Do open it when we arrive at the headquarters, do not open it here." he strictly instructed. "Our cars are waiting for you outside."

How the hell did he even know I'm here? oh wait, I forgot that he's my supervisor special agent. And I work for a secret service under the most powerful private armed forces they can trace me anytime.

I closed the door and my eyes went to the envelope with a red wax sealed. Fuck, I know I won't be able to decline this offer. I thought I was getting the vacation I was promised after I finished my last mission? it must be important that's why they want me to do this mission.

I went inside my walk in closet and wore a black cargo pants, and black long sleeves. I removed my hair tie and combed my long black hair then tied it in a high ponytail.

I went out of my penthouse and saw that there were two cars waiting for me.

A man got out and opened the door for me. I was sitting on the back, while my supervisor special agent is in the front sitting with a man that's probably a driver.

"Get some sleep." he said.

After a while, we reached the headquarters. I got out of the car and my supervisor special agent guided me towards a room. He opened the door, and there I saw my team who was also supposed to be in vacation right now.
