Manifest: Aftermath

Rain (Zekes POV)

Michaela's lays there asleep on me, looking peaceful for once. Ben comes down the stairs seemingly worried.

'Is Mick ok?' He begins, 'my idea was wrong but me Eden and Cal got a calling of a hospital'

'Yeah she's asleep. A little paler but nothing else seems wrong.'

'We have to solve this one... Olive thinks it has something to do with us being inside the glow before we stepped off the plane.'

'Yeah Mick told me about that you and her make a great team.'

'You know she was in the cockpit at one point... maybe she knows something we don't.'

'Yeah. You go help the others I'll wake her and get her up'

'Thanks'

He goes back up and I gently shake you

'Hey wake up'
'Mick wake up'
'Mick, Michaela. Michaela wake up'

I touch your forehead with my hand

'You're freezing- Ben BEN'

He rushes downstairs

'Zeke what's going on?'

'Michaela's not waking up and she's cold to the touch we gotta call an ambulance-'

'No- call Saanvi I'm guessing this is linked to the calling... since it is Saanvi might not be able to pull her out but atleast she'll keep her stable. Try warm her up there's some blankets in there.'

Ben rushes upstairs to get the others and I start putting blankets over Michaela as I dial Saanvi's number, who picks up after a few rings.

'Hi Zeke everything alright?'

'You gotta come- we are at Ben's place. He, Mick, Eden and Cal all had a calling and now Mick's unconscious and cold to the touch.'

'Oh my gosh yeah I'll be right there. Keep her warm and call me back if anything else changes'

As the call ends everyone else comes down the stairs to help.

20 minutes later Saanvi gets here and immediately rushes over to Michaela.

'Did you say this is related to whatever calling you guys are having?'

'Yeah. For Mick the worse the rain got the worse she got' Ben says

'She was with me asleep, before she fell asleep she seemed alright. A bit pale but alright. Then when I tried to wake her she wouldn't and she was freezing and-'

'Zeke calm down she'll be ok. Ben and the others will solve the calling she will be ok.' She reassures.

'Yeah. Yeah just solve the calling quickly.'

'We are all worried about her. I'm sure she'll be fine'

'Yeah I hope so'

'This might be a long shot but maybe you could use your empath on Michaela, try she how she is.'

Saanvi starts checking Michaela to see if there's anything else going on. I hold her hand and try see what she's feeling.

'She's... I don't know it's just blank. Her hands are freezing though.'

'I don't think there's anything I can do though. We all just have to keep her warm and comfy while Ben solves this.'
