Loggerhead

Ris reached university having bad mood towards viren. He entered in class.
Ritesh: hey ris, kya raat bhr soya nhi asse shakal kyu bna rkhi hai.
Ris: kuch nhi I am fine.
Ritesh: kya hua Bhai kal fir kuch hua kya...all well na viren sir ne kuch kha kya
Ris: Chod na yaar, kya unki baat krni
Ritesh knew ris condition very well: Bhai dekh, yha saare mentors strict hi hai, and rhi baat viren sir ki I knew him since past one year...unko follow Kiya tha...he is the one who suggested me how can come here...last sem mein scholarship exam pass nhi kr Paya tha so he help me in study to clear this exam and see today I am here....tu khud bta asse kse anjaan ke liye kon itna krta hai...he is a good person trust me
Ris is all done with viren's gurgaan everywhere, he shout: bss kr yaar, kyu uss insaan ke gurgaan krte rhte ho tum....tu jab uske under training krta tab pta chlta
Ritesh try to say something but viren entered. All sit at there seats.
Viren: so class, i request you all to submit your assignment and if anyone not done please stand up.
Some students stand up, Viren shout on them and asked them to get a letter sign with their mentors.
Viren then start teaching. At last he pick test sheets and said: now I guess most of you waiting for them.
Viren then shout angry: this is worst batch I taught till now half of the students failed in this basic test.
All silent.
Viren asked a boy to distribute sheets.
Viren: you know what....I am not taking this matter in my hand so all those students who failed i want these sheets sign by your respective mentors with proper reason why you all get so less marks till tomorrow. If you don't take back those sheet till tomorrow no need to come in the class.

As usual ris score very less marks not because he didn't know much but he didn't try to solve them.
After class, he sitted with ritesh and Aman and chit chatting. Ritesh was asking Aman what to do further and how he can get golden award. But our rishabh is not at all interested so he just sit there waiting for their conversation to end.
Sammer and viren going from there. Actually Samir needs to maintain decoram in each place so he checking every space in university...Viren accompanied him. Viren see all three sit there. So he go near them and stand. Aman was so busy in his explanation so don't give a glance. Ris and ritesh notice him.
Aman see there eye then look at Viren and stopped immediately.
Viren: bta bta, ruk kyu gya
Aman: nhi sir bss asse hi ye puch rha tha projects vgera ka
Viren: yeah, good ritesh it's always a nice move to know about future situation.
He then suggesting them what to do in future if they want to grow in business world.
Ris stand and go from there. Viren felt bad by his attitude. Aman and ritesh also noticed.
Aman: Sir, usko kuch kaam hai library mein vhi gya hoga
Viren: Mera hi student hai mujhe pta hai kitna kaam hota hai...no worries
Aman: Sir vo try krra hai sab chiz bss thoda slow hai isliye work time pr complete nhi ho paate...
Viren: I know how to handle him...ab kal ka hi dekh lo
Viren then told them what happened last night. Why he told ris to complete work till morning....both aman and ritesh look at each other and got the idea ris take whole situation wrongly.

Viren: you know what being a mentor is tough sometime...we knew we are pushing someone so hard but we have to...kal agr business world me jaoge to ye negligence can tarnish your whole reputation.
Both nodded.
Viren: chlo enjoy....I am leaving aur haan usko bula lo...kah dena chle gye ve...vse kse se baat nhi krta atleast tum logo se hi kr le
Saying this he left. Both felt bad for viren. He is doing every possible way to make ris best but his ignorance is too high.
Circular class also going same way ris just sit there like a statute not even talk to niharika and Aman.
At home,

Ris have to sign his question paper to viren but don't know how to talk to him. I can say he don't want to talk to him. He is thinking all this but called by viren.
Viren: bring your question paper as well.
Ris go to room and take his question paper and handed to viren.

Viren while flipping pages: May I ask you the reason of your brilliant marks.
Ris silently stand there.
Viren look at him and massage his forehead. Viren: I am really not in mood to deal with you in my way...start talking
Ris stand there still.
This time viren shout: I am talking to you...look at me.
Ris flinched and look at Viren.
Viren: tell me the reason...why you didn't pay attention in class...aur asse blank seat chodne ka kya mtlb..is this how you will react in some emergency situation in business. Nhi bhi aata kuch to atleast show some efforts...ye kya tarika hua
Ris this reply: I don't have any explanation.
Viren tight his first and controlling his anger: listen young man, don't you dare to show this attitude...trust me if I will show you mine you won't able to sleep properly in night.
Ris roll his eye. This was enough for viren. He stand and SLAP him hard.
Ris lower his gaze but still have same attitude.

Viren grab his hand and say: you know what... tujhe pyar ki bhasa samjh hi nhi aati let me teach you in Glascow university language.
He drag him till study table and fold his shirt sleeves. He then took a cane and ordered: hands on the bench...class mein to kuch sikha nhi I am sure school mein countings shikhi hogi...count number of hits till 50.
Ris breath heavily by the statement.
Viren hit the cane on table so hard and shout: hands on table.
Ris immediately put his hands on table.
Viren start hitting him on his butts.
On second hit, ris shout: aaah
Viren: if you don't want extra hits i suggest you start counting.
Ris in lower voice start counting.
Hit....1
Hita....2
.
.
.
.
After 35 ris won't able to take it.
Ris turned but this time he didn't say sorry to viren just stand.
Viren: turn around
Ris breath heavily.
Viren hold his arm turn him other side.
Ris: sir, please
Viren: What please...turn now and hands on the desk
Ris with no other option: Sorry sir
Viren: Sorry....that the only thing you know....i don't want your sorry I want your progress....but you always failed in doing that.
Ris lower his gaze.
Viren throw the cane and took a seat there. Ris is still standing in front of him.
Viren: tell me the truth why you came here....jab pdai nhi krni kse chiz mein efforts nhi dikhana so why...
Ris is now start crying in front of him. Viren feeling bad but he have to do this and get to know what bother ris every time.
Viren: ab rokr mat dikha mujhe... After each topic I asked everytime ki samjh aaya ya nhi...class mein nhi bol pata sab ke saamne I can understand..but yha kya dikkat hai..
Saath rhne ka rule isliye bna hai ki koi bhi problem ya query ho you can ask...
Ris sobbing continuously.
Viren: Starting mein samjh aata hai hesitation hoti hai anjaan logo ke beech...ab to almost 2 mahine wale hai rishabh...ab bhi kuch puchne mein itna sochna....and chlo mujhe nhi puchna but ye ek mahine se Aman and niharika the na... atleast unn logo se baat krta apni problem share krta....but nhi kya dikkat hai teri
Ris still not answering.
Viren: Today I want answer... I can't teach you like this way...harr time ka ho gya hai assa hi
Ris still standing.
Viren sigh and tell me: sit
Ris sit on chair in front of him.
Viren give him water bottle.
Viren: Have it.
Ris take the water and drink it.
After 5 min when ris calm down.
Viren: baat krna hai?
Ris look at him.
Viren: kya dikkat hai beta...btayega nhi to kya solution du uska
Ris still silent.
Viren: Acha chl chod bhul Jaa mein tera mentor hu...ab jo bhi baat hai bta
Ris still looking down.
Viren: mere pdaya hua samjh nhi aata kya... syllabus hi pasand nhi hai...ya yha aana hi nhi tha kyuki assa hai to I can talk to your brother

Listening this ris become alerted. He can't say viren that his brother forcefully enroll him there and his father won't allow him if he failed again. So he say: Syllabus tough hai..I tried but kuch samjh nhi aata
Viren sigh atleast he say so something: 
To bolta kyu nhi...I asked you many times still...leave it ab tak kya nhi samjh aaya
Ris become silent.
Viren: class mein jo ho rha vo nhi samjh aa rha... circular class ka samjh nhi aa rha...ya kuch samjh hi nhi aa rha
Ris immediately: kuch samjh nhi aaya
Viren sigh for a while: No problem....abhi final exam mein bhut time hai we can do it...ab saare classes  4-5 days mein khtm ho jayegi...humare pass pura din hoga...we will cover each topic separately here.
Ris nod.
Viren: But I want efforts from your side...ye Khali sheet chodna, lecture mein zoom out hona...this should not happen from side. You came here to be something...your family have faith on you...they want you to be best right?
Ris nod..but inside he is depressed because of his family only...he think his maa,papa, bhaiya no one trust him and want him that's why they send you here...
Viren : chl ab shakal sudhaar...aur itna load mat liya kr...koi bhi problem ho come to me...topic samjh nhi aa rha ask me as many time as you want...but when it comes to evaluate you I want excellence performance in return that's the only thing I want.
Ris nod again.
Viren, lighting the situation: and try to use your mouth in front of me...mere piche to bhut baate hoti hai..bhut majak uda rha tha Aman ke saath mere cabin mein
Ris retaliate immediately: Sir nhi...vo to Aman hi bol rha tha
Viren catch immediately: kya bol rha tha
Ris trying to cover it: kkkuch nhi
Viren smile and shake his head.
Viren: Okay enough of drama today...take rest and kal se fresh start krte hai
Ris nod.
Viren stare him.
Ris immediately: Ji
Viren stood and going to his room: ok then good night
Ris: good night

Ris then go to his room. He think he took viren in negative way all he was doing to push his boundaries and make him fit for golden award. But he also upset with his family to send him here.he can't share it with viren else he will definitely call Raman and ris won't be able to face his questions again. Also he thinks he is not worth to be here...Aman niharika are really good at there place. On the other side ritesh and sanjana are doing well. All these thoughts can't make him to focus on his study. But he can't tell it to Viren. As he think viren also consider him as the worst here.
