it was Saturday morning, first day of summer break. I got woken up by the lights of the bright sun.
I rub my eyes and stretched my body. Step into my comfy slippers and walked downstairs.

"Good morning honey" mum said while handing me a smoothie. "What are u doing today? She asked me.
"I'm going to Sarah's watching movies or something" I said while yawning.
"Good morning" my brother said while rushing in the kitchen.
"Where are you going so early? I asked
"I'm going to workout with Rafe" he said.
of course they are such gym rats.
"Could you take me to the Cameron's? I'm hanging out with Sarah" I asked. "yeah sure, but hurry I'm going in about 10 minutes". He said.

I rushed getting ready, I just putted on some mascara and lipgloss.
Putted on a cute navy blue top and my favourite light blue jean shorts, slipped into my converse and grabbed my purse.
"Hurry up Avery!" My brother yelled from downstairs.
"I'm ready!!" I screamed.
I walked down the stairs scrolling on my phone.
"Finally, the princess is done" my brother said irritated.
"I know u love me" I said laughing while pushing him to the door.
When we were about to step in his black SUV I stood still.
"What now?" He asked irritated
"Shoot I forgot my perfume wait real quick" I said while opening the front door.
"are you fucking serious Avery?" My brother said frustrated
I rushed up the stairs, ran into my room and sprayed my "miss dior" perfume gosh I love the smell.
"I'm sorry, but I don't wanna stink" I said while getting in his car.
I was switching from radio channels looking for a good one.
"Can u stop?" My brother said frowning his eyebrows.
"Fine" I said laying down on the passenger seat.
Now there's playing old people music thanks to you Owen.
"There we are" my brother said .
"Finally, thanks for the ride by the way" I said
"No problem Avery, just learn not to forget so many things"
When we got out the car Rafe  walked up to us.
"Hey man!" Rafe said while doing a handshake with my brother
"Oh hey Avery didn't think you would work out with us"he said laughing while pulling me in a hug.
I laughed "no,no I'm looking for Sarah is she home?"
"Oh I don't know I saw her leaving earlier actually" he said

When the boys were working out I decided to text Sarah

Sarah 🩷: I'm so sorry Ave something came up.

Unbelievable, she just let me down.
Probably just hanging out with Topper.
Topper is her boyfriend who is too controlling.
He is nice don't get me wrong, but sometimes he's just too much.

After scrolling on my phone I decided to go to Rafe's home gym.
When I walked into the gym the sweat smell was horrible.
"What are u doing here? Owen asked.
"Sarah let me down" I said.
"Oh of course it's Sarah, couldn't be otherwise" Rafe said while grabbing a heavy weight like it was nothing.
"She's probably hanging out with topper anyways" I said irritated.
"Well I think we're done why don't you come with us to the country club?" My brother asked
"Sure, I have nothing to do anyways" I said.
"But shower please you guys are stinky" I said giggling.
"We don't stink" Rafe said while pulling is strong arm around my shoulders
I pulled his arm away "please shower you guys smell awful" I said while gagging.

After waiting for the two boys to shower we went in Rafe's car.
I hopped fast in the passenger seat so my brother wouldn't take the place.
"Avery that's my seat!" My brother yelled.
"Too late!" I said with a laugh on my face.
The ride to the country club was calm Rafe and my brother talked about football, which I didn't understand anything from.
"There we are" Rafe said while grabbing his sunglasses and putting them on.
We sat down with some other kooks and had some drinks.
It was all chill until I felt a tap on my shoulder.
I turned around and saw Sarah with Topper.
"Oh hey" I said.
"I'm so sorry Ave, I got invited to a family brunch at Toppers"
"Oh alright, next time text me sooner"
I turned around and felt an arm around my shoulder.
"There's a party tonight at Tops ur coming?" Rafe asked me.
"Sure, why not" I said smiling up to him.
"Alright" he said with a smile.
