daliya-123 : Hi I needed to find one ff. That was the first ff I read. Unfortunately I couldn't remember the name. Jk was married to a man and had a stepson (tae). Then they started feeling and got in a relationship. Tae was a student and had some cardiac problems. Later they found out tae's father was a trans man. Last his condition became severe and he had surgery. It was a emotional story. Could you please help me to find out this one
