Huda and Zarmeena arrived at the bustling fresher's party, both of them a mix of excitement and nerves. The party was being held in a grand, beautifully decorated hall. The place was filled with luxurious furniture, extravagant lighting, and the soft hum of excited chatter from students, all of whom were dressed to impress.

As they made their way in, Huda noticed Mufeed glancing her way every now and then, his gaze warm and lingering. She felt a slight flutter in her stomach, a little thrill she couldn't quite shake. But as she took a step forward, suddenly, she felt a tug at her dupatta. Startled, she turned around and found her dupatta caught on Mufeed's watch. Her heart skipped a beat, and for a moment, it felt like something straight out of a movie.

A flush rose to her cheeks as she fumbled to free her dupatta from his watch, her fingers trembling slightly. Mufeed just smiled, his eyes twinkling with a mischievous glint as he watched her, clearly enjoying the moment. Huda managed to untangle the fabric, her cheeks pink with embarrassment, and immediately scurried into the hall, her heart racing. She could still feel his gaze following her, and she quickly slipped into a seat next to Zarmeena, hoping her friend wouldn't notice her flustered expression.

Not long after, an announcement was made, and a hush fell over the crowd. The fresher's head stood on the stage, looking at the audience with a smile. "Our next performer is Huda Ziyaul! She will be singing 'Tum Hi Ho.'"

Zarmeena cheered loudly, clapping enthusiastically, and grabbed Huda's arm, practically pulling her up towards the stage. "You got this, Huda!" she whispered, giving her friend a supportive smile.

Taking a deep breath, Huda stepped onto the stage, her heart thumping in her chest. She closed her eyes for a moment, letting the music calm her, and began to sing. As her voice filled the hall, it was as if the world fell away. Her voice was soft yet powerful, carrying the emotions of the song and captivating everyone in the audience.

Somewhere in the back, Mufeed was listening with rapt attention, his own heart steadying as her voice washed over him. He hadn't planned to be here tonight but didn't want to miss a chance to be near her. Her singing seemed to calm him, and he found himself entranced by her presence.

When she finished, the room erupted in applause, and Huda's cheeks turned pink again, overwhelmed by the cheers and clapping that echoed around her. She bowed slightly and hurried off the stage, slipping back into her seat next to Zarmeena, who was grinning from ear to ear.

Huda pulled out her phone, unable to resist the smile spreading on her face as she saved Mufeed's contact number with a new name. She typed in "Mufeed Duppate wala" and couldn't help but giggle softly as she looked at the screen. The memory of her dupatta caught in his watch felt even funnier now, and she bit her lip, chuckling to herself.

Suddenly, she heard someone clear their throat right next to her. Startled, she looked up, only to see Mufeed standing there, an amused smirk playing on his lips.

"Accha naam hai," he teased, glancing at her phone. "Meri shop par discount bhi mil raha hai. Aajana dupatta lene." His tone was dripping with sarcasm, and she couldn't help but burst into laughter.

Huda quickly tried to come up with a reply, but all she could do was laugh harder, her embarrassment from earlier melting away. Mufeed grinned, clearly enjoying her reaction, and for a moment, everything felt light and carefree, as if it was just the two of them in that crowded hall.

The day had been an unforgettable whirlwind of joy at the fresher's party, but as it wound down, Huda and Zarmeena felt like the night wasn't quite over. They exchanged a glance, a mutual excitement, and Huda suggested, "Let's go check out that new restaurant nearby!"
