So this part is really long but I thought that would be good since you guys have been waiting forever.

It was a little bit tougher to write this one because Joker's personality is kind of chaotic, but once i figured him out he basically wrote himself. Harley became more of a challenge, but after this one I think their personalities will compliment each other a bit better.

Anyway, Enjoy!

Joker let his head rest back against the wall. He wasn't aware of any passage of time, save when a guard came with a tray of food and a cup of pills. God, he hated asylums. It was too loud, then it was too quiet. This damned cell was freezing. All he wanted to do was take a nice, long, hot shower.

He couldn't even do that by himself. How humiliating.

He heard that loud-ass buzzer go off in the distance, signaling the gates opening. Who was coming? His little doctor, perhaps?

Footsteps sounded down the hall. Heavy footsteps, not ones made by heels. A male nurse appeared, and then stopped in front of Joker's cell.

"Open cell 6B." The nurse said into a radio.

That god-awful buzzer rang out, and Joker's cell door unlocked. The nurse opened and stepped inside.

"What's all this?"

"Shut up." The nurse snapped, grabbing Joker and wrenching his arms behind his back, locking handcuffs on his wrists.

"Is this seriously necessary?" Joker snapped, agitated.

"I said shut up." The nurse yelled in his ear, jerking him up and yanking him out of the cell.

"Boy, you have three seconds to change your tone." Joker growled as the nurse shoved him through the hallway.

"Do I need to sedate you, motherfucker?!" The nurse shouted, slamming him up against a door.

That's it. Joker jerked his head forward, slamming his forehead into the little fucker's nose. Blood gushed and got all over Joker's face before the nurse let go of him to clutch his nose, falling on the ground.

Joker stood there, against the wall, arms behind his back, blood all over his face and chest. He kept his expression bored, arching an eyebrow down at the nurse.

Footsteps sounded, one of them being the clicking of heels. His little doctor appeared around the corner, followed by the guard Mikey. She scanned the scene and then put her hands on her hips. "What the fuck is going on?" she demanded.

Sexy little thing, all demanding. Joker shrugged. "I told him to change his tone. I didn't appreciate the unnecessary force and swearing."

The little doctor sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Mikey, pick his sorry ass up. He's been told before that this is a hospital, not a fighting ring."

The male nurse glared at Joker, whom promptly smirked at him.

"Come on, you." The little doctor said, taking his arm and leading him around the corner.

She brought him through a door, and another guard sat him down and cuffed him to the table. The little doctor walked around and sat down on the other side of it, placing paperwork neatly on the table, followed by a notebook and a pen. She placed the pen perfectly straight on the notebook and crossed her legs, smoothing her perfect hair back.

The guard offered him a tissue to clean his face, and Joker accepted it, wiping the blood off.

"I apologize for Nurse Knucklehead, and while I don't blame you for breaking his nose, that kind of behavior will not be tolerated in the future. I'm giving you a warning." Her blue eyes flickered over to him, above the rim of her glasses.
