"Hurry up Kiba! I don't wanna be late."

Kiba was grabbing the last of the bags. You'd been in the process of moving for the last few days, since you were due any day now and your old apartment simply wasn't large enough for children. You placed your hand on your swollen belly, feeling your babies kick as you did so.

You'd found out recently that you would be having twins.

"I'm coming y/n. You can start down the stairs, I'll be right behind you." Kiba smiled at you tenderly before climbing the stairs to grab his last suitcase. You carefully lifted your own duffle bag onto your shoulder and did as he suggested, getting a head start down the stairs, knowing it would take you a while with your baby belly waddle. You gripped the banister and began your descent.

When you finally reached the bottom you looked over to Akumaru  and Gus, Akumaru was loaded down with bags. Kiba was standing by them, giving you a cheeky smile. You narrowed your eyes, "Show off!" He'd clearly jumped from your apartment to beat you. He chuckled and came over to you, taking your duffle bag from you, "Oh c'mon babe, you'll be back to beating me everywhere we go in no time. Let me enjoy this while I can."

He slid his hand behind you to rest it on your lower back, walking with you back over to Akumaru. "Yeah yeah, rub it in my face. I'm not this slow cause I wanna be." You stuck your lower lip out in a pout. Kiba dipped his head and kissed you on the lips, startling you. "What was that for?" You weren't really used to public displays of affection, but ever since your pregnancy had started slowing you down Kiba had started showering you with it, and you hadn't quite gotten used to it. He chuckled, "Cause your pouting face was way too cute to resist."  Your cheeks heated up at his compliment. He chuckled again, "Jeez y/n, you keep making that face and I'm gunna have to kiss you again."

He leaned in again, but you held up your hand blocking him, "Oh no you don't. We'll be late for sure if you start that." Kiba's lip jutted out in a pout of his own, "Awe just a little? We haven't been able to do anything in weeks." You shook your head, a small smile coming onto your lips, "And you think THIS would make things easier for you? I'd think it'd just make things...hard for you" Kiba was about to argue that he was just wanting kisses, but Akumaru barked. Poor Akumaru had had to put up with Kiba's delay tactics ever since you'd told Kiba that sexual activities would be on hold until after the babies were born. He must be getting sick of constantly having to wait for the two of you. You giggled and walked over to the tall dog, "See Kiba? Akumaru agrees with me. Now give me a boost so we can get going."

Kiba sighed, finally giving in to you. Akumaru bent his legs while Kiba wrapped his arms under you bottom and lifting you up so that you could sit on Akumaru's back. Akumaru had long become you mode of transportation. Kiba stayed on the ground, placing a hand on your calve, "Alright, let's get going."

The two of you arrived at your destination after just a few minutes. You had been on your way to your new home, where a house warming party was waiting for you all. As your group rounded the corner onto a familiar street you could hear the ruckus laughter coming from the small new house next to a very familiar building. Kiba sighed, "I still can't believe you convinced me to move into the house right next to nee-san. We'll never get alone time now." You laughed, "Hana knows how to respect boundaries. And if she doesn't, she'll learn quickly. All it'll take is her 'walking in' on us once before she's knows to give us some space." Kiba looked up at you and winked, a wolfish grin spreading across his lips.

You slid off Akumaru's back with Kiba's help and the two of you climbed the steps. Kiba twisted the door knob and opened the door. Akumaru and Gus raced past you. You laughed as you heard the silence take over the house after Hana practically shouted, "They're here! Get into positions!" You raised an eyebrow at Kiba, "Are they seriously planning on trying to surprise a pregnant lady?" He shrugged before sliding his arm around your shoulders and guiding you inside. The two of you walked towards the living room, which had the lights all shut off. You tried to stifle your laugh. Kiba let out a chuckle before calling in an exaggeratedly loud voice, "Gee y/n, I thought we were going to have guests tonight. I guess no one showed up though. We'll have the house to ourselves for tonight then." You began to giggle as the two of you entered the living room.
