Iktara<3 destined to be one

1.

"Ishika ishika uthoo" shouted my mother while banging the door.

"5 more mins maa" i said, "its been more than 30 mins ishika please wake up"

My alarm clock read 7:45 AM. I had 15 minutes to get ready for work.

I rushed to the bathroom, splashing water on my face. My reflection showed a sleepy, disheveled version of myself.

As I brushed my teeth, Mom shouted again, "ishika breakfast is ready!"

I hastily dressed and stumbled into the kitchen.

Mom handed me a plate of parathas and a glass of juice. "Eat your breakfast, you don't wanna be late."

I took a bite, savoring the taste. "Thanks, Maa."

"What's the plan for today?" Asked my dad, "nothing papa, I'll just go to the hospital" I replied while eating my favorite aalo paratha

"Come back early we have to go at the Rathore's mansion"

"But why papa?" I asked while my mother brought some tea for me. "Today is Abhinav's birthday , you remember him right?" 

Ohh Abhinav singh rathore, I haven't seen him in these past few years . actually we and the Rathore's are old family friends so we have spent many vacations together. But we got engaged in our own career's so we haven't met in a long time

As I was done with my breakfast I got up from the table "yes papa and I'll try to come soon. Byee" I said

As I reached the hospital I directly went into my cabin to check the reports of my patients.

"Aghhh! can't you guys sort one thing without me?? Do I always have to spoon feed y'all?" I shouted at my employees. They are useless, cant even do one thing on their own

"GET OUT. NOW!" they all ran outside my cabin and I saw that bastard entering.

Reyansh kapoor, my one and only friend whom I trust the most . He is the CEO of Kapoor industries.

"Happy birthday abhinav Sahab  , waise birthday ke din toh chilla mat" he walked and sat on the chair in front of me. And yes it's my birthday today, everyone is super excited except me. "shut up Reyansh , these employees are of no use , damn idiots!"

My phone rang and I looked to see the person calling , it was Arohi , my little devil. "Yes Arohi?" I answered.

"Bhai I called you to inform that you have to come early today as its your birthday party today" she said.

"Arohi you know that I don't celebrating my birthday, why did you planned this up?" I said being irritated.

"bhai it's your birthday yar waise bhi dadi did all this , she wants to surprise you with something "  she said while laughing.

I knew that something is going to happen, but I didn't care and ended the call saying I'll come soon.

"Reyansh get up, we need to leave in some time , dadi has planned some shitty birthday party" I said without any expression on my face.

"I knew it already , chal wrna late hojainge" he said. "Saale matlab teko pata tha?" I asked him.

"Obviously meine hi toh help kiya tha" he replied while smirking. He knows that I hate parties, I only attend them if I have some important deal , otherwise I mostly skip them.

I was finally done checking the patients and was heading home , I remembered that I need to attend the party at the Rathore's mansion for Mr. Rathore's birthday.

I stopped at the near by Ferrari store to buy him some gift as going empty hand wouldn't be good.

After a solid 25mins of checking out their collection I finally selected a watch. I payed the bill and drove to my house.

"Arey aagyi tu beta , chal jaldi ready hoja hume nikalna bhi toh hai"  my mother said as I entered and hugged her. "Yes maa , mein ready hoke aati hu" I said and went in room.

After some time I got fresh and went in my closet to find a good outfit for the party. I had many options in dresses but I like to wear something that isn't revealing much.

I chose a black body con dress which was perfect for me , within 15 mins I was ready to go.

"Lets go maa" I said climbing down the stairs , I searched for aviyansh bhai but he wasn't there "where is bhai , maa?" I asked. "he already went there , lets go we're getting late"

As we reached my mouth fell open , everything about this mansion screams royalty and money .

I was caught by someone as soon as I entered , I turned to see how that person is but she hugged me tightly "OMGG ishika diii how are youu , its been so longg" 

It was Arohi, we shared a great bond but couldn't meet because of my mbbs , I hugged her back with a huge smile on my face "Arohi I'm great how are you bache? I missed you, yk"

I genuinely missed her yapping sessions and our crazyy moments
"Dii I'm also fine , lets go sit somewhere I have to tell you sooo many things" she said in excitement, literally jumping . I love this girl.

We were talking about something and the sound of paparazzi took our attention towards the door.
