Whispers in the silence, my heart beats for you
A rhythm unheard, a love unspoken true
In secret, I hold your name
A fragile flame, that flickers in vain
Your smile, a sunrise I'll never own
A radiance that lights another's home
My eyes, a mirror to your face
Reflecting love, in a lonely space
Tender thoughts, like autumn leaves
Falling, drifting, lost in breeze
Unrequited dreams, like stars above
Shining bright, yet out of love
In shadows, I behold your light
A beauty that ignites, yet takes flight
My soul, a canvas, painted gray
A one-sided love, that fades away
Time whispers truths, I'd rather not hear
That you, my love, will never be near
Yet still, my heart holds on to pain
A bittersweet refrain, in vain.
