Your words were sweet, a gentle breeze
Promises of forever, love's ease
But behind my back, you deceived
And with one lie, our love conceived
In shadows, you hid your true face
A mask of love, a heart of stone and space
You whispered secrets, vowed to be mine
But your actions screamed a different rhyme
A kiss that lied, a touch that stained
Memories now tainted with your shame
I thought our love would forever stand
But your betrayal swept away my hand
My heart, once whole, now broken lies
A puzzle shattered, tears that rise
For love and trust you chose to defile
Leaving me with a love that's lost its smile.
