{[~Chapter 1~]}
Cherry Blossoms were his favourites. Almost everyday i saw him in the same exact spot. It was a big cherry blossom tree while petals were falling. I remember one day i was slowly walking to a path while holding my injury in my arm.. But the next thing i know that happened, I collapsed due to lost of blood.. When i felt someone looking down at me, i gently opened my eyes.. I met his gaze. His starry ruby eyes.. I didn't forget about it..
That incident was still in my head, i got to know him better, i later found out his name was Lennox, it was a cute name. My name was Alatus but he gave me the nickname Xiao since i was mandarin, when i had the time i always go with him in his favorite spot. Everytime we went there, he always looks at me with his ruby eyes. His eyes were really unique since his pupils were stars. I always find that attractive, i always felt something.. A feeling that i can't express. When my boss mentioned something about "no romantic relationships" in the rule.. I know i can't fall in love with him.
It was night time, all i can think of is him, i ran faster hoping to catch the criminal, i was shooting at his direction but i can't reach him. I always missed, i then saw the criminal grab the wrist of a driver and throws the driver to the ground. The criminal went in the car and drove, luckily i ran really fast so i almost catch up with him. The criminal's partner was in a building, with a sniper in his hand, ready to press the trigger. But as i was about to catch up with the criminal. I heard a familiar voice that made me froze. "Xiao?.." I heard Lennox. Worried and scared since i was holding a gun and a bit of blood in my face. He never saw me like this before. But then.. I felt something unsual. As if.. A sniper is pointed at Lennox.
