Earth's POV

Sighs.

It's Theia's birthday today...

Of course, none of the others remember.

Why would they? And why the f!ck should I care about some whiny b!tch anyway?

Still... something feels off. I feel like I'm being watched.

Glances around.

Probably Irizz again. He's always watching. Hmph.

I'm bored. Don't feel like spinning around or playing tectonic shuffle.

...I miss Irizz. He's the only one interesting around here. Damn, I wish I could talk to him.

Closes eyes for a moment.

Why can't I just... die?

No chance of crashing into another planet. That'd just make another one, and poof—another endless cycle of immortality.

Can't hurl myself into the Sun either, since I'm too far away.

And if Mercury or Venus caught me trying? They'd probably call me insane. Not that they'd be wrong, but still.

"Hey, Earth!"

Snaps out of it.

It's Luna. He looks worried, though there's that usual hyped-up energy. Meh.

Author's POV

Finally, some credit for me.

"Hi, Luna!" Earth chirped, forcing a cheerful tone. (Mood.)

"You've been quiet for a while, Earth. What's going on?" Luna asked, his usual cheeky vibe replaced with genuine concern.

"Nothing," Earth replied casually, brushing off the question. "Just thinking about... y'know, the old days. Back when the Solar System was still forming."

Luna tilted his head, a little confused but intrigued. "Oh. That's... specific."

Before the conversation could go deeper, Luna perked up. "Well, I came to get you. The Sun's called for us—something important, apparently."

"Sure, let's—"

Oh, sh!t, Earth thought, eyes widening.

Sun's POV

"Hello, my beautiful planets!" Sun greeted with that annoyingly chipper tone. "I've gathered you all here for a serious discussion today!"

Venus immediately groaned. "Boo! You? Serious? What a combo!"

Mars smirked but crossed his arms. "As much as I hate to admit it, what's so important that you think it's serious?"

Jupiter, ever the pragmatic one, added, "I was wondering the same."

Sun beamed. "Well, it's about all of you! :))"

Venus rolled her eyes. "Spill it already. I don't have time for your ridiculous games."

Sun wagged a metaphorical finger. "Now, now, Venus, where's the fun in that? Oh, by the way, where's Earth?"

Venus shrugged with an exaggerated scowl. "Do I look like I care?"

Uranus, ever the mediator, interjected, "Calm down, Venus. I'm sure Luna went to fetch him."

Two minutes later...

Sun sighed dramatically. "Well, looks like Earth's gonna miss—"

"Ahhh, sorry I'm late!" Earth burst in, slightly out of breath.

"Perfect timing!" Sun exclaimed, eyes twinkling. "I was just about to start without you!"

Earth waved dismissively. "Yeah, yeah, let's make this quick."

Sun tilted his head, curious. "Why the rush? Got somewhere to be?"

Earth didn't miss a beat. "Yeah. I've got a match to watch."

Mars chuckled. "Sometimes I forget you can see everything your earthlings do."

Earth smirked. "Not my problem. Now, move it along, Sunshine."

Sun sighed. "Alright, alright! Sheesh. So, tell me—how many of you have ever wondered about who you were before... y'know, everything?"

Mars crossed his arms, leaning back. "You mean before you wiped our memories?"

(Earth, internally: Oh, boy. This is gonna take forever. But... I kinda wanna see their reactions. Irizz can wait. By now, he's probably busy erasing Luna's memories anyway.)

The rest of the planets, except Earth, nodded in unison. "Yup!"

Sun clapped. "Great! Well, we're turning this into a game!"

Saturn perked up, her rings shimmering. "Ooo, a game? Sounds fun! At least I'll have something to do."

Venus rolled her eyes again. "Let's just get this over with."

Sun grinned wider. "The game is simple! Each of you will come forward and share some facts about yourselves. I'll tell you how many of those facts have changed since the old days. That way, we can all learn about our dark pasts!"

The room grew silent for a moment as the planets processed this. Then Saturn leaned forward, a playful glint in her eye. "Alright, Sun. Let's see how much tea you've been hiding from us."
