We where on our way to my try outs. Juul was all dressed up and made a big last minute sign. As we arrived at the arena my nervous where on top. I walked in getting greeted by Sophie my team coach she smiled at me and walked me to my station.

"GOOD LUCK SELENA" Nick screams
I look up to him and smile, I see Matthew smiling with my initials painted on my face 'he looks so cute right now'

As I started my routine I nailed the first 2 objects and now my biggest fear my floor routine. I broke my elbow once when I fel on the ground.

As the first notes from "on the floor" from Jennifer Lopez I start my routine. "good job selena" I hear as I finished my floor 'I did I nailed my floor routine' I feel the tears of joy coming up, I see my score and I jumped of joy I had the same floor score as simone Biles the goat of gymnastics.

I see someone talking to me when she comes close to me I see who it is. It was her Simone "you did a really great job on the floor selena" she said she gave me hug and I was so emotional that I may have hugged her a bit to hard. She pulled back from the hug I smile back at her. "Congrats on your score" she said as she walked away "thanks" I say to her.

As everyone was done the final scores came in.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we have finally gathered all the scores and the 4 people who are getting those places are: Luna Mase, Bax Collins,
Leah Mellis and the person with the perfect score and beautifull routines" I was so nervous I almost peed me training pants "Selena Brooks" they said as I started to jump en scream 'I was part of the national team! I got to go to the Olympics this year' I started crying as I see Sophie running towards me she picked me up and spun me around "OMG selena wow" she said so enthusiastic.

She put me down and I see nick and Julia running towards me nick picked me up "Selena wow" he said with full proud of joy " Nick please put me down I need this body for the Olympics" I laughed he put me down and julia was next she hugged me "Congrats girly" she said I could hear she was sad but happy. But there he was Matthew he gave me the best hug ever "Congrats selena, you deserved it" he said looking down at me " thank you Matthew" I said hugging he tighter " hello its my turn now" chris said he hugged me small but good " congratulations selena, we're definitely going to Paris with you" he said I laughed at him " he is not joking" Matthew said "oh those eyes" I said but I said that out loud my hands flew to my mouth of embarrassment.

"We would like to ask the 4 winners to come up to the jury table and collect you uniform and jackets" I got saved by the jury, I said bye as quick as I could and Sophie joined me "what happend out there?" She asked "I exedentely said something about Matthew his eyes" I answered she looked at me in shock. As we come to the jury table I got my stuff "im really proud of you" a familiar voice said I turned around it was Matthew "thank you" I said my cheeks turned bright red "I will just ignore that thing you said" he said I shove my hands up to my face out of embarrassment.

We walk back and I get stopped by Matthew  "I knew you like me Selena" he looked at me he put his soft hand on my cheek. He wanted to kiss me but at the point he almost reached my lips we got interrupted "excuse me you can't kiss my bestie brother" Nick said with an attitude. He slapped Matt his hand of my face.
