My eyes flutter open. I could feel a weighted arm wrapped over my stomach. The feeling of his skin touching mine was enough to make me feel erratic. I smile widely as I see him fast asleep on my chest. His hair a bit frizzy from the deep slumber. "Can't sleep?" He mumbles. "Sorry, did I wake you?" I whisper. "No." He replys. I just chuckle. His eyes wander open, looking up at me.

"What?" I ask with a small smile. "Nothing." He mutters as he hides his face. He's too damn cute. He deserves the world. "I'ma get a drink from downstairs. I will be right back baby." I say before I leave as I plant a kiss upon his head. "Okay." He says as his eyes flutter close once again.

The bed creaks as I lift all my weight off of it. The cold wood cooling down my warm feet. The creak of the door sent shivers down my spine. The image of a long dark hallway was displayed in front of me. The chilling feeling of being unsettled creeped up my back. My stomach is churning as if a creature was making a nest in the pit of it.

I finally make it to the main stairs. Leading downstairs to the living room and the kitchen to the left. The feeling of hunger washed over me. Suddenly I felt like a tuna sandwich would do perfectly. I grab a spoon from the drawer and picked through the cabinet to find some spicy tuna and white bread. I immediately spread it up on the bread, shoving it into my mouth. The feeling of bliss washed over me as I chowed down on my late night snack.

My throat was kinda dry, leading me to grab a drink from the fridge. Only beer, that would be Jessica's fault. I feel like that is the only thing her and Emily have in common. Their parting and shopping. That and of course Mike. I honestly don't understand what they seen in him. But, as I take a sip of some cold water from the sink instead, I dump the rest out of the cup into the sink and I head up stairs. Of course not before cleaning up after myself.

As I finally made it back I see Josh curled up in the blanket. Before I snag a spot next to him I take a quick selfie. I post it and tag him. He's too cute. I grab the silky sheet and warm comforter in my hands. Covering my whole body as I layed next to Josh. His long arms immediately wrapped around my waist as he pulls me close. With a grunt slipping from his lips as he nuzzles his head into my chest, I couldn't help but smile. Playing and gently scraping his scalp. His short brown hair stayed in-between my fingers as we slept.

The sound of an alarm was heard, but it was very faint. I just grunt as I lean up. Feeling an empty spot beside me. "Josh?" I whisper. He must of woken up already. As I whimper, I gather a better outfit to wear from my bag. With the big blinding sun in my eyes, I blocked it out with my hand. Walking straight to the bathroom to get washed up and get ready for the day.

I close myself in. Locking it as I know my friends will take this chance to play hard to get. As the knob in the shower turns, the feeling of the warm water runs along my fingers. The gentle ease I felt as I stepped inside was enough to make me fall asleep. I Immediately wet my hair from the spout above. Even with the door closed and locked I felt like I was being watched.

With the soapy contents of the shampoo slips out the bottle and into my hands, I scrub my scalp. I let my lips part as I slip out a small moan. Humming like a bird to an imaginary song as I wash up. Once I finish I shave and wash my body. And with that I was finally done. Stepping carefully out the shower and onto a blue furry mat below. The floor was gaining wet spots as I walked across it.

I gathered my things and got dressed and dried my hair. With a bit of light makeup I was done. Walking out the door to see a messy bed and clothes all spilled out the suitcase of mine. I let out a slight chuckle as I make my way through. Opening the bedroom door with a creak. My feet laying flat on the wood as I make my way downstairs.

"Guys?" I yell out. I pull a hair tie out my mouth as I put up my hair. A few blonde strains lay out in front my face, framing it. "Down here!" Hannah yells. I see them all cuddled up on the couches with the fireplace blazing. "Where's Josh?" I ask them. "Him and Chris are raiding the kitchen." Hannah says with no emotion as she doodles in her notebook. "Haha! Thanks." I say as I send her a quick smile once she lifts her head towards me. Her pointer finger pushed her glasses up as they almost fell.

I find a place next to Hannah and Beth. Cuddling up next to them as I semi steal the other half of the blanket that shared. "Blanket hogger." Beth says with a laugh. As she giggled her lips spread across her face, showcasing her white teeth. Her bangs framed her forehead. She always wore her purple bennie. It was one her boyfriend had gifted her before he passed. She always had an excuse to wear it. Never knew what happened to him. I guess she will tell me when she's comfortable to do so.

"We're back!" Chris yells, making Jessica jump into Mikes arms. "Ugh, scaredy cat." Emily whispers. She really needs to keep her judgemental comments to herself. After all, her and Mike ain't a thing no more. She has Matt to obsess over. "Why is it so freezing?" Jessica asks. "I have no idea. I'll check the basement breaker box. Must of blew last night." I reply as I leave, seeing Jessica cuddled next to Mike as if he was her personal heater.
