Why does he not leave

Melony was just drawing at her desk. It had been close to 2 weeks since the snow storm. Bob was on the couch blacked out from whiskey, Melony had grown fond of this. Bob was actually very quiet when he gets used to being in one place, he also does not steal her stuff as much as he used to

Saiko was with Melony today, visiting so they could just have a "girls day"

Saiko: "..."

She peeked behind her at Saiko, seeing her watch Bob

Saiko: "...How often does he drink around you..?"

Melony: "What? Uhm... Not often... Why..?"

Melony put down her pencil, looking at Saiko with concern... She already knew Bob and Saiko had a tendency to fight one another.

Saiko: "Is he ever violent?"

Bob: "Oh fuck off..." He sat up, holding his head... He looked annoyed that the first thing he heard when he awoke was Saiko

Bob: "I'm not violent... I pass out when drunk."

Bob looked over at Saiko. Glaring a bit

Melony: "H-hey hey... There is no need to be upset! Why dont we be just be nice?"

Bob: "...What the fuck."

Bob kind of scoffed.

Saiko: "Yeah Bob, why dont we be nice."

Bob: "Shut the fuck up you stupid whor-"

Melony: "Bob!"

Bob looked at her, a bit stunned... But he grumbled and laid back down on the couch, getting comfy. Saiko looked, smirking... Melony's eyes narrowed at her

Melony: "You're not off the hook either...! Yours still being mean to him for no reason."

Saiko's jaw dropped a bit, Bob was heard by them beginning to laugh

Saiko: "Shut up Bob!"

Melony giggled at Saiko. Thinking the situation was funny

Bob: "Yeah Saiko, We need to be nice." He mocked her, still laying down

Saiko scoffed and crossed her arms. She then looked at Melony who went back to drawing peacefully. She was drawing, Bob. Saiko stared at it for a while... Then turned to Melony

Saiko: "Melony, how long does Bob plan on staying?"

Melony looked up at her, a bit surprised. Bob stopped laughing, his head turned to look at them slightly

Melony thinks, tapping her chin with a pencil

Melony: "...Hm... I dont know, I did not really think I would make him leave."

Bob sat up, looking. Flipping off Saiko. Saiko ignored him and kept talking to Melony

Saiko: "Does he pay rent..?"

Melony: "A little?"

Saiko: "Does he do chores?"

Melony: "No"

Saiko: "Is he nice?"

Melony: "...A little..?" She smiled nervously

Bob: "Oh please, Saiko why do you care... Your not the one stuck with me."

Saiko looked

Saiko: "I'm just looking out for her, knowing... How you are."

Bob stared, clearly dumbfounded... Not knowing how to really react. Melony noticed, she could sense Bob's anger, yet his restraint. She was proud he at least did not get up to try charge Saiko

Melony: "Hey... Saiko that is not the best thing to say. Whatever, Bob did... I'm sure it was not that bad..."

Saiko: "You weren't there when it happened Melony, Bob is a BAD person. That's why i dont want him living with you..!- Like, what if he is just trying to get between your legs!"

Bob: "YEAH OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH"

Bob got up and walked upstairs to Melony's room. Trying to get away from Saiko. Melony stared, stunned by the words Saiko said... But, she did not understand them

Melony: "Hm? Why would he want to be there?"

Saiko: "W- Fuck... Nothing, now I'm leaving to go get Meggy so maybe we can find a new cozy space in the dumb, or a elders home"

Bob: "Im not that old!" (From upstairs)

Saiko just rolled her eyes, standing. Puting down the pencil crayons for Melony. She watched Saiko leave and looked a bit hurt. Why was Saiko so terrible to Bob..?

Melony walked upstairs, hearing Bob stomp around

She peeked in, seeing Bob just picking up garbage. He must have kicked over the garbage can... he was grumbling and grunting under his breath

Bob: "Stupid fucking bitch... Lucky I dont hit women..."

Bob stood, seeing Melony. He jumped. He then looked down, avoiding her gaze with a bit of a annoyed face

Bob: "..."

Bob: "...I'll be leaving soon."

Melony: "W- What why??"

She walked over, touching Bob's shoulder.

Bob looked up at her, confused

Bob: "...Why do you think..? I'm-... You're not the best roommate..."

He turned away to grab a trashbag. Clearly trying to make her upset so she would just let him leave, Melony frowned and followed

Melony: "Bob..! I'm sorry if I'm not a good roommate... I-I will be better, just don't leave..!" She whined as she tried to get him to stay

Melony followed Bob all the way downstairs, kind of chasing him despite how slow he was. Bob walked to the Livingroom kind of pushing her away

Bob was gonna reach the door, but Melony went to it and covered the door with her body. She looked at Bob with a hard stern face

Bob: "...what are you doing..."

Melony: "I'm not letting you leave..!"

Bob just looked at her, he walked to her. Picked her up under her shoulders and put her behind him. Melony looked a bit surprised he just picked her up to move her rather then shoving her

Melony then latched onto his leg, Bob looked down at her. He looked annoyed and clearly distressed. He wanted to leave without a issue

Bob: "...Why are you insistent on me staying...?"

Melony: "You should not be alone! Please just stay..!" She hugged onto his leg

Melony: "Or I'll hold your leg forever."

Bob watched her for a moment... He looked at the door, then at her...

Bob: "..." *Sigh*

Bob dropped his garbage bag. He then began to walk upstairs, Melony still dragging on his leg. Bob looked down at her

Bob: "...You can stop now, I wont leave..."
