Hope's Peak Academy

She didn't remember anything. The only thing that she knew about herself was her name; Kirigiri Kyoko.

Where she was was also a mystery for her. She began to observe her surroundings.

'A classroom. Empty. Sealed windows. Weird doodles on the board. A letter of some sort. A Tv. Cameras.' A shiver traveled down her spine.

'This is bad. Very bad' She then shifted her gaze to the letter. She took it and read the contents.

The next semester is about to start. Starting today, this school will be your entire world.

That's all it said, written with very poorly handwriting along with childlike doodles of a building. Something was very wrong, she could feel it.

She got up and approached the door. She opened it carefully, and when she was certain that there was no imminent danger, she left the room.

Now she found herself in an eccentric hallway, with ominous purple lighting, pillars and chess patterned floor. Her brow furrowed slightly.

'1-A' could be read on the plaque that protruded from the door. She continued investigating and found several locked classrooms with similar plaque until she saw one slightly different. 'Despair Hotel'... The path was blocked, maybe for the better she thought.

'A red double door, of course locked'. 'Now the lights are green instead of purple'. ' R/V room, Nurse office, School shop... So this is really a school huh.' Finally, she found a double door with a glowing exit sign on top.

With little hope she pushed the door and , to her surprise, not only was it open, but also contained a few fellow teenagers.

' !!! What... What is this...' She couldn't help but show some shock at the sight of a gigantic round metal door, similar to those in banks, surrounded by what looked like... turrets.

A sporty tanned girl looked her way and gave her a wave alongside a big smile.

"Oh, Hi! Are you also here for the new students meeting? The meeting still isn't for a little while, but..."

"There's something weird" Said Kirigiri, finishing the girl's phrase.

"Y-yeah..." The girl's face was now one of worry.

"We've all had the same thing happen to us." Spoke a big, extremely muscular girl. "We went through the doors of the main hall, felt dizzy and woke up in one of the strange rooms in here"

"Not to mention the sealed windows, the cameras and TV's, locked doors, blocked hallways, dark and ominous environment and finally, this big metal door with firearms at its sides." Stated annoyed a rich looking blond guy.

"AHAHAHAHA!!" Laughed suddenly a boy with big brown hair. "Don't worry guys, this is definitely a prank for us freshmen!" He said trying, and failing, to hide his uneasiness.

More people started entering the hall one by one, telling the same story. Meanwhile Kirigiri gathered some information.

'We are the new students of Hope's Peak Academy, a high school for the best of the best. We were supposed to come here at 8 am o'clock for a new students meeting, but nobody knows how they ended up where they woke up. And, as stated by the muscular girl, the doors and windows won't budge.'
