Fairy Tail Guild
Team Natsu was sitting at a table discussing the next job they were going to embark on. Natsu ate his meat and tore into the delicious meals happily. "Thanks, for the meal Mira!" He said with a positive attitude until Gray his rival socked him in the jaw. Gajeel punched the ice wizard sick of them. "Now I'm fired up! Let's go!!" He stood to his feet joining in and off the men went to brawl breaking tables and chairs flying across the room left and right. "KYAHHH!!" Lucy screeched ducking and Happy snickered seeing she bumped her head, by accident. Carla scoffed and Wendy seemed worried.
"Are you okay Lucy-San?!" She asked her and the blonde sighed grumbling to herself. "I wish they'd take that outside! Yes. I'm fine Wendy! Shut it cat!" She hissed pulling his face irritated. The blue exceed wailed in discomfort pleading to be freed from her clutches. Erza enjoyed her strawberry cheesecake in peace and Juvia cheered her beloved on. Levy was reading and Cana was drinking her fifth barrel.
"Did we decide on a request yet?" The scarlet mage inquired stuffing her mouth. The celestial maiden shook her flaxen locks and approached the missions board. They didn't have the greatest selections available but she saw one a B-Class that caught her eye.
"Whatcha' got there Lucy?" The eager salmon haired man quirked an eyebrow, with his arms folded across his chest area. She hates to admit it but his arms were her favorite the way they were bulky, full of muscular skin and strength. She especially loved it when he wore his scarf around his head it made her knees weak and whenever he's in water— Her cheeks flamed and she composed herself. "The request says that a medical technician needs a team of two or mages for this job! The location description is a Forbidden Forest. Apparently we have to retrieve something but it doesn't say."
"Seriously?! There we go! Ready when you are! Sounds awesome!!" Natsu shouted excitedly and grabbed her wrist running out of the doors. "W-wait! Natsu aren't we forgetting the others?!" She yelped being dragged away against her will as usual. "Aye Sir!" Happy flew following them and they left without informing the mages who in turn saunter, out right along with them.

Town Hallow
"Blegh...ughh..." The pinkette groaned and deflated his body to roll over into the celestial maiden's lap. She pouted and placed her hand on top of his head massaging his scalp. Wendy bared the same blue face as the train moved along. "So, what is exactly are we doing? We're retrieving some flower?" The ice mage held the flyer reading it thinking about getting one for Juvia later in secret. "What kind of flower are we after?" The scarlet woman listened in on the conversation. "Well, there isn't much to go off of. I wonder why the client would give such vague information? The best chance we have is to ask questions and figure out the answers later." Lucy explained thinking. The other two nodded in agreement enjoying the ride.
A few hours go by and the train-conductor stopped as they reached their destination. "FINALLY!! WE'RE FREE!" The fire dragon hopped off with his blue furry best friend walking on his hind legs beside him. Wendy felt relief wash over her instantly. Carla smiled but it turned sour once Happy started flirting with her saying how cute she looked. "Why are you staring at me?" "I never noticed how cute you looked!~" "That is creepy stop it!" The sky girl giggled to herself she knows her exceed means well.
"Where does this person even live?" Gray asked and Erza seemed to be thinking to herself. "The house is just up ahead!" The astral wielder pointed out walking with a cheerful smile. The Sakura hair male saw an animal prancing in front of them. "We mustn't let our guard down while we're here." Titania stated watching him run off.
"WHOA! Man, it's a deer!!" He ran up to it with Happy mimicking his movements. The deer screamed in fright, and attacked him. They were yelling back at it as it kicked them to the bushes leaping away with grace. "NATSU!" The red head stomped her foot.
"I think I see it!" Wendy said as they made it to the household knocking on the door. The wooden doorframe opened creepily and they shivered. The group walked inside and examined the place. An old man entered speaking. "Welcome Fairy Tail Wizards! We've been expecting you! My wife Ida is in the back. One moment. Make yourselves comfortable. My name is Bow nice to meet ya way out from yonder!" The elder man greeted them.
"Bow dear who are you talking to? Oh! You're here! I wasn't sure when you'd arrive. Would you all care for some tea? I'm Ida and this is my husband Bow." The old woman introduced herself and poured some from the kettle into their cups.
"I'm Erza, this is Wendy, Carla, Happy, that's Lucy Natsu and Gray. We're the ones who have taken your request to retrieve a specific flower." The requip wizard said sitting properly. "Yes. I've come to you in need of a black flower for my medicines. This type of plant glows a faint purple at night. This kind is the main ingredient for pain medication. You see my granddaughter was attacked by one of the evil spirit guarders that protects the flower in the Forbidden Forest. Thousands of villagers have died trying to go up against this spiritual being. I usually prescribe a heavily amount to more injured patients and it would mean the world to me if you could get me a bundle. Your reward will be sent off once you leave."
"Is there a catch?" Gray inquires curiously before accepting any favors. "The flower can only be picked at night as picking it during the day nullifies it's magic properties. The spirit awakens if it catches any sign of human life and protects it from intruders. The thing is you mustn't kill the spirit for it balances the forest. If it were to be vanquished the plants will cease to grow. You must seal it somehow." Ida says with a solemn look worryingly. She hoped Lina will be okay. She loved her grandchild.
"We'll compete it! An evil spirit huh? I'm all fired up! I'm gonna go put the smack down on it!!" Natsu shouts ready to rumble and threw punches to show his excitement. "Rest assured we will have your remedy before anything formidable happens." Erza smiles reassuringly. Lucy and Gray nod along with Wendy who stood strong.
The two elders were surprised by their determination but gave them a red orb. "Here take this. When the time is right you'll know when to use it. I wish you the best of luck." Ida places the round object into the tan man's hands. He stored it in his bag, readjusting it. "Let's get goin'!" "Right!"
Unbeknownst to them a pair of yellow and blue eyes watch from above a house dressed in black cloaks one wearing a mask. They head back to their hideout informing their boss of what they just discovered.
