P.s i skipt over two episodes its the where cain get dumped and the games.  i'm just going to be rob and Lena part , because i'm lazy 

The day has been so laid-back compared to the usual chaos of the island, and I'm loving it. I'm sprawled on the couch with Rob beside me, his arm draped comfortably around my shoulders. We're not talking much, but I like the quiet. The warmth of his body next to mine feels like the most natural thing in the world. I think we've finally settled into a groove, and for once, I'm not thinking about all the twists and turns that could happen next.

His fingers brush gently through my hair, and I lean into him, closing my eyes for a moment. It's one of those rare, peaceful moments where everything feels just right, like time is standing still, and there's no drama, no challenges. Just him and me.

But, of course, in this place, it doesn't last long.

Suddenly, Rob's phone buzzes on the table beside us, breaking the quiet. He glances at it, eyes flicking down to the screen, and his brow furrows a little. He picks it up, his thumb swiping across the screen, and before I can ask what it is, he turns to me with a grin that's half excitement, half mischief.

"You ready for the next twist?" he asks, his voice laced with that playful tone I'm starting to get used to.

I raise an eyebrow, sitting up a little. "A twist? What's going on?"

Rob looks at his phone again before putting it down on the table. "The Heart Rate Challenge is tonight," he says, sounding a little more amused than anything else.

I blink, trying to remember what that even means. The Heart Rate Challenge. Oh, right. The challenge where everyone does something to get the other person's heart rate going. Usually, it's some sort of activity, some game or activity designed to test how well the couples know each other—and maybe spark a little competition.

I laugh softly, shaking my head. "Great. Just what we need. A chance for everyone to get... competitive."

I can already imagine how chaotic it's going to be, and I'm almost tempted to roll my eyes. But then, I look at Rob, and his grin is so wide, his eyes so full of that playful, mischievous glint, that I can't help but smile right back at him.

"I'm not worried," I say, giving him a teasing side-eye. "Are you worried? Or are you just excited to see who can make the other person's heart race the most?"

Rob shrugs, his smile turning into something a little more serious. "I mean, I'm not really worried. But if you want to make my heart race, feel free to try."

I laugh again, and the tension in the air lightens. Whatever the challenge throws at us, I'm starting to feel like we can handle it. I feel confident in us now, in a way I didn't before. We're in a good spot, and that gives me more peace than I thought possible.

Just then, I hear Kalory's voice from across the room. She's standing in the kitchen, holding her phone in one hand, and she calls over to us with a grin.

"Hey, just got the text. Looks like we're all in for it tonight."

I sit up, brushing myself off and glancing at Rob. "Looks like we're not getting out of it," I say with a mock sigh, but I can't help the excitement creeping in. The Heart Rate Challenge might be a little intense, but maybe it'll be fun. And honestly, it's just another opportunity to get closer to Rob.

He's already on his feet, looking at me with a mix of excitement and determination. "We'll crush it," he says confidently, taking my hand and pulling me up with him. "Just you wait."

I can't help but smile, feeling the spark of anticipation. Maybe this challenge will shake things up a bit, but right now, I'm just looking forward to facing it with him by my side.

Kalory's laugh rings out from the kitchen again, cutting through the tension. "Y'all better be ready, because tonight is going to be a wild ride."

Lena Pov 

I was waiting for Rob to come out since all the other boys had come out i was waiting for my boy and then he came out wearing a cowboy suit it made him look super hot , he then said careful ladys there is a snake in pants he went around dancing for the girls and then he came to me and picked me and brought me to the front of the fire pit and and he licked my leg up to face and did some magic mike moves and then we made out and then he brought me back to my seat and gave me one more kiss.

Now its time for the girls turn and i was last

Then I heard my cue to go out so I got ready to go I walked down the stairs and I listened to the girls cheering my name and when I got to the fire pit I said I said I love snakes and also especially snake wrangler then I thought the snake at rob. I then stood in front of the fire pit and dropped into the splits and then walked up to Keeny and gave a small lap dance and did the same for all the guys then I got to Kendall said miss me and licked from his stomach towards his kneck and twerk in front of his for a bit and then went to rob and gave him a big show and then grabbed him by the arm and took him to front of the fire pit and then twerk in the splits and then gave a big kiss and then walked him back to fire pit .
