My New Sister

As the morning sunlight shined through a window it was glaring upon a little girl's face who by feeling the warmth of the sun began to wake up has she started to open her eyes and sit herself up where she then begin to rub her eyes. While little girl was waking herself up, the door to a room suddenly opens which made her stop rubbing her eyes has she then lowered her hands and look over at her door to see her own mother walk into the room and kneel down by her bedside as she then spoke in a gentle tone.

~Mom~

"Looks like you're already up, Ochako."

Seeing the kind face of her mother, Ochako smiled at her as she then spoke.

~Ochako~

"Morning mommy"

~Mom~

"Good morning sweetheart. Would you like some breakfast?"

~Ochako~

"Yeah!"

~Mom~

"Heh, okay come on, let's go get some breakfast."

Hearing her mother say this, Ochako removed her blanket has she then hopped out of bed and on to the floor. From doing so her mother stood up and reached out her hand which Ochako happily grabbed. With mother and daughter now hand-to-hand they begin walking out of the room and towards the kitchen. Once they walked into the kitchen, they see her father cooking on the stove, and from seeing him Ochako smiled as she then spoke over to him.

~Ochako~

"Good morning papa!"

With Ochako saying that, her father turned his head and looked directly over at the doorway and saw his loving wife and daughter entering the kitchen who he then smiled at

~Dad~

"Well good morning sweetie. I hope you're hungry because I made your favorite."

As Ochako heard this, she then smelled a sweet and most notable aroma which made her smile widely as she said what it was out loud.

~Ochako~

"Pancakes!"

Ochako jumped up in excitement as she couldn't wait to feast on some pancakes

~Dad~

"That's right, how about you take a seat and I'll save you."

~Ochako~

"kay!"

From this said, Ochako and her mother went over to the dining table, where once they got close, her mother lifted Ochako up and placed her on her seat. Soon after her father then placed a plate of stacked warm pancakes in front of her, which he then poured some delicious maple syrup on top. With the pancakes now covered in syrup, Ochako did not waste any time has she held her fork and knife in her hands and doug right in to the delicious pancakes. While Ochako was enjoying her pancakes, her parents who were sitting in their seats looked at her and saw how happy she is eating her pancakes.

~Mom~

"So do you like your pancakes, Ochako?"

Ochako response to her mother by nodding her head instead of saying something due to having her cheeks filled."

~Mom~

"Well that's good."

~Dad~

"Ochako."

Hearing her father say her name, Ochako glance is right over at him, while swallowing the remaining pancake in her mouth.
