"Just say no," he urged, his frown deepening, causing her heart to sink with sadness. Yet, she refused to let him manipulate her into rejecting him.

"Why should I? What's stopping you?" she challenged, raising an eyebrow. His lips twitched into a smile at her attempt to appear strong in front of him.

"I can't. Just say no. You'll find happiness in your life," he insisted, as if he were doing her a great service.

"I'll say yes and find my own happiness," she replied with a smirk, a mischievous glint in her eyes that made him shudder.

"Don't even think about it," he warned, trying to intimidate her, but she remained resolute in her desire to marry him.

"I already took that risk by opposing you, husband," she teased, playfully touching his cheek with a cheeky smile that sent his heart racing.

"I'm warning you, once you become mine, there's no turning back," he said, his intense gaze causing a smile to bloom on her lips.

"I'm ready to be yours," she replied, her grin making him walk away with a hint of a smile creeping onto his face. No one had ever made him feel this way before.

Months into their marriage, they found themselves stranded on the side of the road, surrounded by their luggage and without a place to call home.

"Just give up," he said, trying to harden his heart.

"I won't, and I never will," she answered, gently cupping his face in her hands.

"Why not? I have nothing to offer you, and I've brought you out here with me," he said, his voice tinged with sadness.

"You have so much to offer me; your love is what I crave. Just give that to me, and I'll handle everything else." She made her promise, but he hesitated. She was everything a man could wish for, yet he felt unworthy of her.....

"How could you betray me like this?" she demanded, her voice laced with anger, causing him to avert his gaze, fearing her wrath.

"Darling, please hear me out. I know I've kept this from you, but..." He attempted to explain, but she shoved him aside and stormed into the kitchen, grabbing a knife that made him recoil in terror.

"How could you do this to me? Is this what you call love? I hate you, and today, I will end this!" she declared, brandishing the knife at him.

He urged her, "Put that down. You could get hurt." As he reached for the knife, her fierce stare froze him in his tracks.

It's not that he dislikes women; he simply understands that his introspective nature might not appeal to them. His love for his parents runs deep, and he would go to great lengths for them, even when faced with his father's harsh words and disappointment. He believes that the insults are a misguided way of pushing him toward success. His brother, who has embraced the family business, is the favored child, leaving Nihanth feeling out of place.
