Jane held her cell phone up to the sky trying to get a signal "Anything?" Harvey asked, playing with a stick and a rock. Jane just looked around then down at Harvey "Are you really just poking a rock with a stick...?" and to that Harvey didn't respond and just continued poking the rock. After a few more pokes the rock started shaking then grew legs. It almost looked like a spider. As Harvey saw this his eyes went wide as he watched the rock spider skitter off.

"Uh Jane?"

"What..."

"My rock just turned into a spider thingy"

"Honestly I'm not surprised based on were we are"

Jane then looked around, her eyes landing on a person who looked like a plague doctor. And they were approaching fast. Jane started to panic slightly as Harvey stood up and waved to the plague doctor "Stop you idiot! they might wanna hurt us!" Jane said frantically "Oh please. Im sure they are friendly!" Harvey responded. The man then stopped in front of them and spoke "Do you need any help? you seem lost."

"Pfft! lost?! Us?! HA!" Jane laughed nervously, brushing off the question. Harvey on the other hand asked the stranger for help in private, in which he did. The stranger introduced himself as 'Doc' which Jane found suspicious and Harvey found cool. Doc lead them through a thick wood land with dead trees until they found a treehouse. It was huge compared to the treehouses seen in Jane and Harvey's neighborhood.

Doc stepped onto a wooden platform close to the treehouse then gesturing for the high schoolers to step on as well. Harvey happily stepped on but Jane stayed back still suspicious of Doc "Is there any other way to get up...?" she asked Doc, which he quickly responded a solid "Climbing is the only other way up. Are you sure you want to do that?" Jane then started up the tree almost immediately after hearing these words.

"Does she always choose the hard way?" Doc asked Harvey, Flicking a switch that caused the platform to slowly rise up into the trees towards the tree house. Harvey just nodded his head and looked around at the dead trees and grass "Hey Doc..." "Yes?" "Where are we?". Doc turned to look at Harvey a green eye much like Jane's tracked Harvey's reaction through the mask.

"This is the Realm of death also known as the Death realm...much unlike your home realm"

"How did you know we were from somewhere else? I never told you and Jane doesn't trust you..."

"Uh...just a hunch" Doc said turning his head to face away from Harvey. The platform soon reached the top of the treehouse and Doc stepped off closely followed by Harvey. Harvey then looked around for Jane his eyes landing a bit down the tree where he saw Jane struggling to climb the tree's smooth bark. Harvey held a hand down to her which she took without hesitation and finally reached the top dropping down to her knees clearly tired "I...Failed...PE...In...every...GRADE!" she panted.

Doc turned around and began walking to the main part of the tree house gesturing for the high schoolers to follow. Jane slowly stood up with Harvey's help and they started to follow Doc into the tree house. They had to balance and hop across branches 20 feet above ground to get to the house. Jane almost threw up because of her fear of highest, Harvey was a bit paranoid of falling to his doom, and Doc on the other hand was effortlessly making his way over.

Once they got into the house Harvey's jaw was practically on the floor. The tree house was huge and fancy looking with smoke like wallpaper and a white accent wall. There was nice leather furniture and a grand fireplace under a painting of a beautiful woman with long black hair and piercing green eyes. Jane observed the picture of the woman intently "Hey...Why is there a photo of a woman who makes a striking resemblance to me?" she questioned, pointing her index finger at it.

"Oh uh...d-don't worry about that..." Doc said, suspiciously as he walked away "Do you want anything to eat or drink?" Harvey walked over to Doc and asked him for a cup of OJ and some string cheese while Jane stood by the panting. Wondering. Questioning. Contemplating. Why would he have a picture of a woman that looked like herself? Someone she had never met before had a photo of a woman that looked like her...

Jane just brushed it off as a coincidence and followed after Harvey and telling Doc what she wanted. Doc nodded and walked off to the kitchen but not before saying "Make yourself at home" Jane and Harvey just looked at each other before Harvey scampered off to explore the house while Jane slowly started to explore with him.

Jane climbed a large set of stairs up to the second floor where the bedrooms and balconies were. She walked around the second floor when she came to a room with a Purple heart wood door that was a bit ajar with sunlight spilling out into the hallways. Jane approached the door and paused right as she was going to open the door basically thinking 'should I really do this?' in which her mind said 'YES!' so Jane opened the door.

The room was large with a queen sized bed by one side and a dresser next to it. There were blinds in a deep blue color blocking most of the sunlight which Jane opened to get a better look at the room. On one wall of the room the same painting of that woman was hanging, staring at Jane like it was saying 'Im you and you are me'. Jane shook her head as if trying to get rid of this thought of the woman. She began looking through the drawers, cabinets, and under the mattress for anything valuable when she opened the closet doors to find a little brown leather book neatly laying on a shelf.

She picked up the book to find it extremely dusty so she did what any normal human would do and blew the dust away causing herself to cough from the dust going down her throat and up into her sinuses. After Jane was done with her coughing fit she read the cover of the book where it said 'Matilda Iqlar'.
