Jeevan entered the kitchen, a mischievous glint in his eyes as he looked at Kiara. He'd known me for years, but this was the first time he'd met my wife. The two of them exchanged pleasantries, and I could see Jeevan's usual playful charm at work.
"Looks like married life is treating you well," Jeevan teased, giving me a wink.
Kiara laughed, her smile bright. "Oh, it definitely has its moments," she replied, setting down the mug she was holding. She adjusted the folds of her saree, which had caught the morning light in a way that made her look even more radiant.
Jeevan, always one for jokes, pointed to the whipped cream on the counter. "That looks sweet, can I have some?" he asked with a grin.
Before anyone could react, Jeevan leaned in a little closer, his playful nature taking over. He lightly pointed to her navel, where a small drop of whipped cream had dripped, teasing her with a harmless comment.
"Looks like you've got a bit of extra sweetness here," he said, his tone lighthearted.
Kiara, ever the good sport, laughed and swiped a napkin from the counter. "You're impossible, Jeevan," she said, playfully swatting at him as she wiped away the cream.
"You missed a spot," Jeevan said. "Help me out," she said inviting his touch. He happily took his middle finger and wiped the top of her navel opening to which her body quivered. He watched her reaction and scooped up the whip cream. He licked the whip cream. "This is delicious," he laughed. For a moment, a spark flew between them.
