She was left behind because she was turning into a twisted. Rodger refused to leave her but she told him too. Even others did or else she'll be killed. Dandy eventually found Angeline, fully turning her into a twisted by making her blind.
Her ability is that she can blind other toons when hit by her. If you get a 100% research on her you get her trinket which is an angel feather. It gives you a heart after u take damage but it only works if you are descending to the next floor.
